Le Festival du film Dada Saheb Phalke est un festival de film indépendant à but non lucratif, sans but lucratif et le seul festival indépendant de l'Inde, créé en 2011 à Delhi NCR avec pour mission de célébrer le cinéma et le travail de cinéastes aspirants, jeunes, indépendants et professionnels. Le festival est important pour l'industrie cinématographique indienne car il est organisé chaque année le 30 avril pour marquer l'anniversaire de naissance de Late.Shri. Dhundiraj Govind Phalke, qui est considéré comme le père du cinéma indien et se souvient avec affection de Dada Saheb Phalke par la fraternité du cinéma de l'Inde et du monde entier. Son objectif est de reconnaître le cinéma du nouvel âge éclairant, divertissant et progressiste des jeunes cinéastes expérimentés.

Le 12e Festival du film Dada Saheb Phalke 2022 vise à célébrer l'excellence du cinéma. Le 15e Festival international du film FICCI-ON - Ciudad Rodrigo vise à promouvoir les films éducatifs, sociaux et spirituels réalisés dans le monde entier.
Le thème du festival sera donc éducatif, social et fondé sur les valeurs, y compris tous les films qui promeuvent le développement de l'enfant sous tous ses aspects.
Des films basés sur des valeurs qui abordent le thème des droits de l'homme, ainsi que du dialogue interculturel. Il y aura également de la place pour des films traitant de thèmes ethnographiques, de dénonciation sociale ou d'engagement en faveur du développement de la culture de la paix. En ce qui concerne les thèmes spirituels, il s'agit d'une section très large où des films religieux et/ou spirituels seront inclus, quelles que soient la confession et le credo du film et de ses auteurs.

ABOUT FESTIVAL
Initiated by Katadrom Arts and Culture and Social Politics Association based in Istanbul- ‘The 4th International Changing Perspectives Short Film Festival’ will be held between the dates of 6th - 8th of May 2016 in Istanbul, to then continue its yearly tour across other cities: Berlin, Yogyakarta, and other cities around the world.
The Festival will screen about 100 short features, short documentaries, short animations etc. of young filmmakers, students and teams who express different perspectives, concepts and imaginations about border.
Festival Date: 6 - 8 May 2015, Istanbul
Deadline for the submission of the films: 28th of March 2016
The topic of 2016 - “Border”
This year, the main topic of the festival will be “Border”. There will be a festival section about 15 films, a photography exhibition and a panel discussion focusing on the main topic.
There are so many different borders: physical borders, geographical borders, social borders, mental borders, political borders, sexual borders, religious borders, imaginary borders – to name just a few.
To be born or to live on one side or the other of a border is often random.
However, it’s not so easy to let go of the constrictions borders create, as our identities are often shaped upon a deep conviction of belonging to one, unique place, country, religion or gender. During the festival we want to explore the different aspects of border providing a platform for all the diverse perspectives on the topic. Besides 2016 thematic-focused program, the festival will also screen films under its traditional sections: Exchange Experience, Cultural Insights, Ridicule, Umbrella.
FILM SUBMISSIONS
Short films which do not exceed 20 minutes – (documentaries less than 30 minutes), music videos, experimental films etc. – all with English subtitles – will be screened during the festival.
• Films should be no longer than 20 minutes
• Documentaries should be no longer than 30 minutes
• Films dealing with the topics mentioned above will be preferred.
• All films in a language other than English must have English subtitles.
• After official selection of a film the festival is qualified to use excerpts from the film, with a maximum of 1 minute for promotional purposes (The total duration of the excerpts is not to exceed more than 10% of the film running time).
• As Changing Perspectives Film Festival is a take-away Festival it should be accepted that films will be screened in different places apart from the festival

Statement of agreement
I hereby confirm that I have read all of the rules and regulations listed in the International Changing Perspectives Short Film Festival (icpsff) submission guidelines and the terms and conditions listed in the release form, before submitting my film work mentioned above, to the Changing Perspectives Short Film Festival 2016. I also confirm that I understand and agree to abide by all of the guidelines, rules and regulations posted by icpsff relating to the submission of my work to the Changing Perspectives Short Film Festival in general and in particular.
I understood and agreed that, if my film will be selected for the festival program as a take away film festival, icpsff can screen my film during the year in different cities and countries maximum 5 times at a festival selection from the program. Film makers will just be informed of other screenings by e-mail.
The Festival Committee is responsible for resolving all issues that are beyond the scope of Festival rules & regulations and disputes or disagreements that might occur.

International Diversity Film Festival Moldova has become the premiere festival to celebrate diversity in Eastern Europe. Our event will take place in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, on September 15h during International Day of Democracy.
Diversity Festival is a key event that celebrates our incredible diversity. Our aim is to bring diverse communities together to embrace our differences and discover our shared experiences. La 14e année sera marquée par de nouveaux ajouts et des compétitions ! L'International Horror Hotel Film Festival and Convention se tient chaque année en juin dans le nord-est de l'Ohio. Nous avons des concours ouverts pour des films et des scénarios dans les genres suivants : expérimental (film uniquement), fantastique, horreur, comédie d'horreur, slasher, science-fiction et thriller à suspense. Some call it the “Lady Tickler,” “Lip Spinach,” or even, the “Cookie Duster.” Formally, it is known simply as “The Moustache.” In all of its forms it represents a man’s individuality and inner strength. Whether a full, furry and lustrous lip warmer or a smooth, sleek line of suave sophistication weaving it’s way across a dude’s upper lip, a man’s Moustache is an indication of his robust heart and the very soul of his being.
As part of the annual Facial Hair Fest—a celebration of facial hair in Portland, Maine—we are now looking for submissions for the International Moustache Film Festival (IMFF). Films will be screened in several venues throughout the week of March 21 through March 28, 2015,.
The Facial Hair Fest features all sorts of delightfully hairy good times, including the 8th annual Stache Pag (a moustache pageant), the Facial Hair Farmers Market, the Can-Am Beard and Moustache Competition, and of course, the IMFF. A number of IMFF screening blocks will be held, each dedicated to a different kind of stache. And despite the official name of the festival, beards are welcome. They are, after all, the less refined cousin to the moustache.
Films will be selected based on two criteria. First, we want good films. Second, we want films that highlight conspicuous, outstanding, and awesome facial hair. It's that simple.

Le Carmarthen Bay Film Festival est passé de force en force au fil des ans. Depuis notre premier festival en 2012, nous sommes passés de 35 inscriptions à plus de 750 de 60 pays différents pour notre festival 2019. Non seulement les inscriptions ont augmenté au fil des ans, mais aussi le nombre de cinéastes et de mécènes du festival.
Nous avons eu des cinéastes venant des États-Unis, de l'Australie, des Pays-Bas, de l'Italie, de la France et de nombreuses régions du Royaume-Uni. Le nombre de partenaires du festival a également augmenté avec Stradey Park Hotel, BAFTA Cymru, RTS Wales, University of Wales Trinity St. David, Felin Foel Brewery, Carmarthen Cameras et bien d'autres encore. Le festival est maintenant une qualification BAFTA Cymru/Pays de Galles, ce qui signifie que tout film projeté pendant le festival et réalisé ici au Pays de Galles peut postuler pour être considéré pour un prix BAFTA Cymru.
Notre 8ème festival a connu des changements significatifs, depuis sept ans, le festival a eu lieu à l'Hôtel Stradey Park ici à Llanelli. L'hôtel a été très favorable, et sans leur aide, le festival aurait été incapable de sortir du sol. Donc, avec le plein appui du parc Stradey, nous avons senti qu'il était temps de passer à autre chose et d'essayer quelque chose de nouveau. Ainsi, pour 2019, CBFF a eu lieu dans l'un des plus grands théâtres du pays de Galles dans le centre de Llanelli, ce qui a apporté une nouvelle dynamique et une sensation passionnante au festival.

John Hefin s'implique pour la première fois dans le travail de télévision en 1960, lorsqu'il répond à une annonce dans un journal pour les apprentis assistants à la production. Au cours des années 1960, il travaille comme producteur et réalisateur pour la BBC Wales. En 1974, il participe à la création du feuilleton en langue galloise Pobol y Cwm, le feuilleton télévisé le plus ancien produit par la BBC. Il a également co-écrit et réalisé le film comique de rugby TV Grand Chelem de 1978 et réalisé la série dramatique The Life and Times of David Lloyd George en 1981. Cette série en neuf parties, un biopic basé sur le Premier ministre gallois, s'est appuyée sur des conversations avec Lady Olwen, sa fille aînée, et avec AJ Sylvester, sa secrétaire. En 1984, John est le réalisateur de la narration d'une version animée de l'histoire des enfants du prince Charles Le vieil homme de Lochnagar.
Après avoir occupé le poste de chef du théâtre à la BBC Wales, il a travaillé au département d'études théâtrales, cinématographiques et télévisuelles de l'université d'Aberystwyth. John a reçu le MBE en 2009, pour « services au cinéma et au théâtre gallois ». En 2012, il a reçu le prix spécial BAFTA Cymru pour sa contribution exceptionnelle à la télévision dramatique.
