La Asociación Cultural Sad Hill convocan , dentro del Certamen de Cine Corto de Salas de los Infantes (Burgos), el concurso de cortometrajes SECCIÓN WESTERN (VII Edición- 2024).
Sección Western sigue siendo una sección paralela del Certamen de cine Corto de Salas de los Infantes, aunque las proyecciones de los cortometrajes seleccionados y la Gala de entrega de premios se llevarán a cabo fuera de las fechas oficiales del Certamen de Cine Corto de Salas de los Infantes.
Esta decisión se ha tomado con la intención de poder dedicar el tiempo, que por las características del género que aborda, creemos necesario para la exhibición de los proyectos participantes.
La idea de esta sección es homenajear al western en general y dar a conocer un género que a día de hoy sigue vivo y de actualidad.

Spello es un maravilloso pueblo medieval antiguo con una increíble historia, arte, tradición, naturaleza, comida y vino, en la hermosa región italiana de Umbría.
Spello está situado en el centro de la zona italiana entre Florencia, Perugia y Roma.
... una película acabada y todos se levantan para salir de la sala de proyección, pero los créditos de las películas se siguen proyectando y, al hacerlo, se pasa por alto el inmenso trabajo de esos profesionales, que contribuyeron a la realización de la película con pasión y profesionalismo. ¿Cuánto esfuerzo y sacrificio ha supuesto? ¿Quiénes son estas personas detrás de escena?
Por este motivo, en 2012 se creó el «Festival del Cinema Città di Spello ed I Borghi Umbri», «RASSEGNA CONCORSO LE PROFESSIONI DEL CINEMA», dedicado a los profesionales que trabajan detrás de las cámaras del cine:

La idea del festival fue creada por Donatella Cocchini, presidenta de L'Associazione Culturale Aurora, y por el director de cine Fabrizio Cattani.

El Festival se caracteriza porque premia a los mejores profesionales que trabajan entre bastidores para hacer una película. El jurado decidirá los ganadores evaluando en general los diversos procesos y profesiones que participaron, especialmente el guion, la cinematografía, el vestuario, la escenografía, el maquillaje, el sonido y la música.

El año que viene, realizadores de vídeo de todo el mundo podrán mostrar sus obras en esta nueva competición internacional abierta a cortometrajes de cualquier género.
Diez días de proyecciones en directo, entrega de premios y, para todos los ganadores, un hermoso y original trofeo creado exclusivamente para el Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Spello.

Nuestra Sesión de Screening Shorts The Shorts es un mini festival de cortometrajes que funciona como pop-up, en colaboración con socios de proyección de todo el mundo. Cada año, Our Shorts The Shorts programa 12 sesiones de proyección de cortometrajes que se proyectan en salas de auditorio universitario hasta salas de cine.
Nuestros Shorts Than Shorts es la red de cortometrajes emergentes más grande del sur de Asia. Trabajando a través de exposiciones, distribución y eventos experienciales, Our Shorts Than Shorts está directamente involucrado en el público atractivo para el desarrollo, la experimentación y la reacción a la demanda de otra forma de experimentar la película.
Porto Femme - Festival Internacional de Cine es un lugar para la exhibición y difusión de múltiples y diversas visiones artísticas. Una acción concreta en la lucha por la igualdad de representación, que se centra en las nuevas representaciones de identidad que buscan deconstruir los estereotipos y borrar las invisibilidades. El Festival tiene como objetivo crear un espacio de visibilidad para las mujeres y/o las identidades no binarias en el mundo cinematográfico, uniéndolas internacionalmente.
La solidaridad feminista es nuestro hilo conductor, y queremos seguir creando espacios feministas a través de una forma de trabajo innovadora, interseccional e intergeneracional caracterizada por el apoyo, la diversidad, la creatividad y la experimentación, que sirva como punto de intercambio, debate y creación para todos los amantes del cine.
Estas películas pretenden educar e informar al público sobre los problemas sociales y políticos que afectan a las mujeres y las identidades minoritarias en todo el mundo y dar voz a varios grupos y luchas.
Nuestra curaduría tiene como objetivo reflejar la diversidad de géneros, temas e idiomas. PORTO FEMME es un festival con una oferta variada y atractiva para el público, que incluye sesiones competitivas, exposiciones, talleres, debates, sesiones de preguntas y respuestas, exposiciones, entre otros.
From February 21-24, 2019, the international documentary industry will once again gather in Eindhoven for the 6th edition of DOCfeed. With a program of the finest selection of films, and a friendly audience, with workshops for and by documentary professionals.
DOCfeed is one of the newest celebration of the documentary genre in the world. We hope to see you all here! We offer the option to submit and review your documentary online.
One of the things that makes our festival unique is that we do the screenings in pop-up cinema’s, mainly in old Philipps buildings (as Eindhoven is the hometown of Philipps) and museums. The entry for documentaries will be open from July. We accept only Documentaries. We hope to sustain and promote filmmakers, especially independent filmmakers around the world, to continue their creativity and produce their artworks; to inspire all filmmakers to never stop chasing their dreams in creating excellent movies, and to participate in the film industry.
Newcomers are welcomed. The films will be pre-selected before presented to a judge panel.

Film For All festival is an international & independent film competition. «Screen Short Fest 2024" es un festival internacional de cortometrajes que regresa en su sexto año. El festival es una creación del Sr. Soham Banerjee, un galardonado director de cortometrajes y empresario.
El festival invita a todos los realizadores de cortometrajes a presentar sus cortometrajes, tanto de acción real como de animación, en cualquier idioma (con subtítulos en inglés) y con una duración máxima de 20 minutos (incluidos el título y los créditos).

Though the film festivals have became a regular affair in most countries yet most of them cater only to selected audience as well as entertain the commercially successful film makers and related personalities. However, LIFF intends to organize a festival that connects the film fans & movie goers with the world, especially the serious filmmakers & their associates so as to bring about greater understanding of the art of film making.
In October every year the Jaipur International Film Festival, Jaipur International Film Festival Trust and Film Library (we are bringing World's Largest & Secure Film Library soon) by Jaipur International Film Festival and Trust will organize Library International Film Festival in Jaipur at Golcha Cinema based on the top films/entries of the year in each category like Feature Fiction, Documentary Feature, Animation Feature, Short Fiction, Short Documentary, Short Animation, Ad Film, Song and Poster. Audience will choose the top ten films/posters/songs (not screenplays) by voting, out of all screened films/songs & selected posters in this festival. The top film will be awarded with the cash prize of INR 1.oo lac and certificate and memento. The other top nine films will be awarded certificates and mementos.
