La 10ª edición de IBZCF se desarrollará en 10 sedes de los 5 municipios de la Isla y online en la plataforma Filmin. Ibizacinefest renueva su compromiso con Ibiza y la cultura mediante una programación de títulos nacionales e internacionales inéditos en la isla, estrenos exclusivos en Baleares y España, actividades dirigidas a profesionales, secciones de cortometrajes para descubrir e impulsar el talento local y balear o nuestro programa educativo con proyecciones especiales para crear nuevas audiencias.
La reflexión tendrá también su espacio a través de coloquios abiertos a la relación del cine con diversas problemáticas socioculturales actuales.
Las películas cortas vuelven a ser protagonistas de IBZCF, de nuevo como calificador a los Premios Goya,Premios Forqué y Premios Fugaz, colaborando de nuevo con la European Film Academy con el programa Shortfilms on Tour.
Realizamos nuestro Taller-Residencia de Slow-Cinema con rodajes simultáneos al desarrollo del Festival presencial de 15 cortometrajes con los que inundaremos más que nunca nuestra Isla de cine contemporáneo con más 120 títulos.

Zinegoak es un festival organizado por la Asociación Zinegoak Elkartea que tendrá lugar en la ciudad de Bilbao el mes de junio de 2026.
Podrán participar en Zinegoak 2026 todas aquellas películas y obras escénicas que aborden o muestren la diversidad sexual, de identidad, género y familiar y de las distintas realidades LGTBIQ+, que hayan finalizado su producción con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2024 y que no hayan sido estrenadas comercialmente en el País Vasco antes de la celebración del festival.
En el marco de las múltiples actividades presentadas y organizadas por Andares: Acciones Cinematográficas, nos es grato presentar la cuarta edición de nuestro Festival de Cine Contemporáneo. Otra edición breve, cuidada y compacta para celebrar la cinefilia del otoño limeño.
ANDARES es una plataforma que vincula acciones de exhibición, escritura crítica y creación de cine contemporáneo.
FECILI (Festival Cine Libre Internacional), surge como una iniciativa cultural que tiene como objetivo difundir la producción cinematográfica colombiana, latinoamericana e internacional.
Siendo una plataforma de exhibición, pretendemos realizar una formación de público en lugares que requieren de un espacio que les dote de cultura y arte, con actividades de formación, procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje no formal, convocamos a quienes ven en el cine y en el audiovisual una forma de vida, un espacio que posibilite el encuentro, el aprendizaje, el diálogo y el entretenimiento.
El Festival Cine libre Internacional cada año busca nutrirse de nuevos contenidos que retroalimenten las relaciones humanas desde las historias.
Gestado por la "Corporación Cine Libre", tiene por fin promover la cultura y la difusión del Cine. Se realizará en el municipio del Carmen de Viboral. Antioquia

PROBLEMA DE ALIENACIÓN
Vivimos en un mundo de centros comerciales y multicines. Vemos que el cine independiente y el arte no comercial pasan a la periferia de la atención pública. Las atracciones primitivas sustituyen a la cinematografía. El público que huye se siente alienado detrás de la gran pantalla. Por lo tanto, el cine convencional moderno es parte de una herramienta de manipulación que conduce a la sociedad de la alienación. Por lo tanto, la tendencia es que el cine independiente se vuelva más ilegible para el público en general. Debemos entender el contexto del cineasta para entender el cine independiente. Por eso, el concepto NEFILTRAVANAE KINO implica la presencia física de los cineastas.
PROBLEMA DE SELECCIÓN DE PELÍCULAS
Los cineastas filman millones de películas. Y miles de festivales de cortometrajes organizan proyecciones en todo el mundo cada año. En promedio, se presentan varios miles de películas a un festival de cine. Por lo tanto, se pueden descuidar varias películas buenas por cualquier motivo. A menudo, seleccionar la probabilidad es como ganar una lotería. Como resultado, los cineastas se quedan sin comentarios. ¡Es una paradoja que nadie pueda oírte en la era de Internet! La cultura dominante prefiere las atracciones y las visitas informales.
Además, esta idea se basa en el problema de la selección de películas. Quizás no sorprenda que una persona, es decir, el director del programa en el mejor de los casos, o incluso los estudiantes de las escuelas de cine, tomen la decisión preliminar de seleccionar una película. Lo comparamos con «lo mejor de lo mejor». Esto ayuda a percibir el lenguaje cinematográfico sin el dictado de los curadores de arte.
UNA CELEBRACIÓN DEL CINE INDEPENDIENTE
Por eso, el Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival trata de evitar «lo mejor de lo mejor», pero no lo ignora por completo, claro. El festival selecciona secciones de ficción, animación, documental, experimental y realidad virtual. Un jurado premia la mejor película de cada sección. El festival organiza las proyecciones en salas de cine, el Centro Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo y espacios de arte.
Nuestro objetivo es reunir a las personas en el mundo del arte, dialogar y ser felices con una comunicación inteligente. El cine es arte pero no deporte. El punto clave de nuestro proyecto es establecer una comunicación entre el cineasta y el público.

UFO – that stands for an evening filled with 15 different short movies of various genres, themes, and forms of presentation.
Short, yet elaborately enacted; symbolic and significant; focused and continually surprising.
The short film represents a striking format among film genres, as it is so diversely interpreted, maintained with passion and constantly received.
Makers of short films are challenged technically as well as in their artistry – the size provokes the craftsmanship by its shortness and at the same time serves as a canvas for cinematic experimentation and creative self-realization.
Since its establishment in 2005 the UFO – short film festival serves filmmakers from Germany and Europe – regarding especially the young talents – as a platform, to present their works for the first time in Leipzig.
Being held in january, the festival always commences the Year of Cinematic Art in Leipzig.
El Festival Internacional de Cine Lésbico, Gay, Bisexual y Transexual (Cine Movilh) es la muestra sobre largometrajes, cortos y documentales sobre diversidad sexual más grande y conocida de Chile.
El Festival Internacional de Videodanza de la Ciudad de México, en colaboración con Red Nacional de Arte, convoca a las y los coreógrafos, realizadores audiovisuales, agrupaciones, colectivos, compañías y artistas en general a inscribir sus obras en la sexta edición del FIVideodanza a realizarse del 02 al 05 de Septiembre de 2021.
El Festival Internacional de Cine de Skepto tiene un carácter competitivo y está abierto a cortometrajes sin límites en cuanto a su tema, estilo o presupuesto de producción. Está abierto a cortometrajes de todo tipo, incluyendo documentales, videoclips musicales, videoarte, cortometrajes experimentales, spots, tráilers falsos, nuevos formatos multimedia, vídeos móviles, etc.
El festival tendrá lugar en Cagliari en abril de 2022, con proyecciones colaterales en las mismas fechas o durante los meses siguientes (antes de finales de 2022 — tenemos previsto organizar al menos dos eventos en otros lugares de Cerdeña y dos en otras ciudades italianas o internacionales). OMAI Film and Theatre Festival is a branch of OMAI. The festival was born in San Antonio, Texas at the very beginning of 2016 by Actress/Director Andrea Mundaka. Now, in alliance with the Journalist/Director Luis Franceschi, both working together to achieve a successful launch of the festival this year in Mendoza, Argentina. The idea of it is to promote the audiovisual arts around the world and give the opportunity to others to show their work and dedication for this type of art. We believe that by helping each other grow, we can all make it, and what better way to show our work than a festival? The submissions are open to everyone who has anything ready to show in a movie theatre. We want to work together, along with all the members of OMAI to make this festival a complete success, and show the hidden jewels of film around the world.
XXVI MOSTRA INTERNACIONAL DE CURTAMETRAXES VILA DE NOIA
La XXVI Mostra Internacional de Curtametraxes Vila de Noia amplía el plazo de recepción de trabajos y publica las bases oficiales de la presente edición La Mostra Internacional de Curtametraxes Vila de Noia informa de la ampliación del plazo de recepción de cortometrajes hasta las 14:00 horas del 15 de septiembre de 2025.
La decisión se adopta tras analizar las observaciones formuladas por diversas distribuidoras, directores y profesionales del sector, relativas a las bases publicadas el pasado 15 de junio, que presentaban modificaciones sustanciales respecto a las de ediciones anteriores, estas variaciones, introducidas en un momento avanzado del año, comprometían la participación de numerosos cineastas que habitualmente adaptan sus obras a los criterios tradicionales de la Mostra.
En consecuencia, la organización procede a la publicación de las bases oficiales y definitivas de la XXVI edición, que retoman la línea histórica del certamen y garantizan un marco normativo estable, transparente y respetuoso con la comunidad cinematográfica.
Con esta medida, la Mostra Internacional de Curtametraxes Vila de Noia reitera su compromiso con la profesionalidad, la transparencia y el fomento de la creación audiovisual, asegurando las condiciones necesarias para mantener la confianza de participantes, distribuidores y público en general.

El Festival de Cine Mirada Oeste es un evento muy importante a nivel provincial, donde se exhiben cortometrajes y largometrajes cinematográficos. Se realiza todos los años durante el mes de octubre en la Ciudad de Godoy Cruz y otras locaciones de la provincia, que forma parte de la Provincia de Mendoza.
Dentro del marco del Festival, se realiza el Concurso de Cortometrajes Mirada Oeste, la convocatoria está abierta desde Junio a Septiembre, proceso donde se eligen los cortos participantes.
Las obras son nacionales, de temática libre, y la condición para participar es que sean cortometrajes, de no más de 20 o 30 minutos de duración según la categoría. Los premios consisten $50.000 , la misma para todas las áreas de Ficción, Animación y Documental. Las obras deben ser producidas a partir de enero del 2018.

The 2015 edition featured two World Premieres, and fourteen Massachusetts Premieres. The vast majority of projects are independent films, including student films, animation and puppetry, documentary, and live-action narrative. Officially selected films in 2015 had directors who were as young as 22, and as old as 68. Selected films represented countries from around the world, including Japan, France, Denmark, Germany, Iran, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Italy, China, and the USA. We consider all works regardless of genre and country of origin.
We are currently accepting film submissions for the 2016 Festival!
Who we are: The Cape Cod International Film Festival is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit organization that hosts an annual event showcasing the best local, regional, national (USA) and International films for residents of the "mid-Cape,", as well as traveling tourists, visitors from around the world, and film industry professionals. We strive to strike a balance between the film-making world and a general audience who is in need of an engaging cultural event. Our attendees tend to be well-traveled, educated, influential and supportive.
The objectives of the CCIFF are to:
1. Select and promote the absolute best films in any given year produced by a diverse and global pool of filmmaking teams.
2. Provide educational opportunities and entertainment for audience members who appreciate the effort that goes into making a quality film.
3. Provide networking opportunities for members of the film community.
4. Provide filmmakers an opportunity to interact with their audience via Q&A sessions at screenings (live and online), social events and sponsorship events.
5. Give filmmakers and production teams a chance to travel to a highly-regarded tourist destination known throughout the world for its food, beaches and "New England hospitality."
In the works for 2016 is an opening night gala on Thursday, October 6th, at the best film theater on Cape Cod: The Chatham Orpheum. The Orpheum is an all-digital cinema with a 150-seat main room and 35-seat screening room. Select short films will be showcased again in Orleans, Cape Cod at the Main Street Wine and Gourmet film loft.
We also strive to help filmmakers find a "home" for their work, and have evolving relationships with sales agencies, distributors and broadcasters. Our current slate of contacts includes: PBS, ESPN, TBS, A24, Screen Media Ventures, Shoreline Entertainment, and The Rainbow Group - with new relationships being established all the time...
We consider ourselves a boutique event, with 318 submissions in 2015. Larger festivals with a similar approach include the Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF), Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSFilmFest), and Mill Valley Film Festival (MVFF). We aim to serve and champion high-quality work that is not industry-centric. We leave that to Cannes, Berlin, Toronto (TIFF), SXSW and Sundance. The CCIFF aspires to be one of the world's best film festivals worth the entry fee!
