El Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Il Varco ya se ha ganado la reputación de ser uno de los festivales más interesantes y artísticamente desafiantes de Italia para películas de todo el mundo, proyectando juntos una selección de autores que es una mezcla de películas independientes, de bajo presupuesto producciones, primeras películas y grandes obras maestras.
En tan solo tres años nuestro festival y su proyección paralela «Short Days» han recibido más de 4900 películas de más de 106 países, han realizado 14 proyecciones en toda Italia con más de 1300 espectadores que proyectan los mejores cortometrajes de todo el mundo y dan a los directores la posibilidad de interactuar con un público de estudiantes de cine, críticos de cine, directores, cinéfilos y espectadores.
Las proyecciones tienen lugar en el cine más grande de Abruzzi, en una pantalla de 30 metros con proyectores DCP 2K de máxima calidad con audio 7.1. Nuestro personal prepara los maestros DCP con subtítulos dobles ita/eng gratis para todas las películas seleccionadas, y puedes conservarlos más tarde.
Es un festival de cortometrajes gratuito y abierto a todos con sede en París (Francia). El concepto es simple: inscribir cada año 2 minutos 20 cortometrajes sobre un tema impuesto. The 28th edition of the European Short Film Festival of Bordeaux will take place from March 27th to 28th 2024. The projection nights will take place at the UGC Ciné-Cité cinema in Bordeaux.
GOALS
The European Short Film Festival of Bordeaux aims to promote the short film format to the Région Aquitaine's audience. It facilitates the access to cinema for a large public, from all ages. Porto Femme es un festival de cine femenino que tiene como objetivo mostrar y dar a conocer el trabajo de las mujeres en el séptimo arte, promoviendo la igualdad y el empoderamiento en el universo cinematográfico.
Cine interpretado y realizado por mujeres, sobre temas femeninos, pero al final, solo es cine hecho por mujeres para... todos los géneros.
Estas películas pretenden educar e informar al público sobre los problemas sociales y políticos que afectan a las mujeres de todo el mundo y dar voz a varios grupos y luchas.
Desde la primera edición, en 2018, tuvimos la oportunidad de crear un espacio de visibilidad para mujeres cineastas de todo el mundo con un programa diversificado en el que proyectamos 650 películas en competición, celebramos 15 homenajes, 23 charlas, 15 talleres, 3 actuaciones, 9 conciertos y 6 exposiciones ¡con la participación de 109 artistas femeninas!
Nuestra curaduría tiene como objetivo reflejar la diversidad de géneros, temas e idiomas. El Festival de Cine de Tallahassee se enorgullece de una programación excepcional e inesperada. WorldFest will screen just 60-80 feature film premieres and over 130 Shorts with a total and absolute emphasis on the American and International Independent feature film and a continuing annual spotlight on award-winning short films and documentary films. Entries Officially Open Aug. 15, 2021. The EarlyBird Entry Deadline is Nov. 15th 2021 – A Mail-By/Enter By/Ship-By Deadline! Entries do not have to arrive by this deadline. The RKDS FILM FEST was created to bring awareness to the Film Industry in South Georgia. El Festival de Cine Independiente de la Ciudad de México es una muestra de carácter internacional que busca promover la exhibición de propuestas realizadas sin la inversión de grandes estudios o entidades productoras. Su misión es difundir películas contemporáneas, estimular la cultura cinematográfica y programar piezas de dificil exhibición en salas, además de ser un evento para el encuentro entre público y realizadores mediante la activación de espacios de exhibición alternativos en la capital del país.
Este último punto es muy importante para nosotros, pues creemos que para llevar un cine diferente y diversificar la oferta audiovisual, debemos salir de las salas tradicionales. Nos interesa que más personas conozcan proyectos que desdibujan los géneros y categorías usuales, trabajos que empujan los límites del lenguaje cinematográfico, narrativas audaces e historias que requieren ser visibilizadas dado su valor sociocultural, antropológico o tecnológico, por mencionar algunos.

Through our field researches, conscious raising campaigns, petitions and letters, and public human rights advocacy, we work for a world in which every human being is entitled to the rights stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in other international texts.
Accordingly, our campaigns focus on themes such as the liberty of expression, women’s rights, children’s rights, refugees and migrant’s rights, discriminations, impunity, the death penalty amongst others.
Cinema has always been and will always be a way in which human rights violations can be exposed and denounced. For that, Amnesty International France is pleased to announce the opening of submissions f edition of its annual cinema festival “Au Cinéma pour les droits humains” (To Cinema for Human Rights), which will take place in March 2019. The festival takes place each year in different cities of the south of France and with last year’s edition having had more than 3800 members at the audience. Therefore, we are searching for different entries for our festival. We are searching for films that touch on one or several human rights issues that are connected to any of our campaigns, such as the liberty of expression, women’s rights, impunity, and discriminations amongst other things.

El Festival Internacional de Cine Fantástico y de Terror de Tàrrega - Galacticat, que se celebra cada año desde 2014, es el primer y único festival de cine fantástico y de terror de las tierras de Lleida, dirigido a todos los cinéfilos en general y a los amantes de la ciencia ficción y el terror en particular y con una clara vocación divulgativa. El Galacticat nació como una iniciativa para recuperar los clásicos universales de la ciencia ficción para el gran público y ahondar en esta cultura que ha articulado el universo del cine desde sus inicios. A lo largo de los años, el Galacticat ha crecido, involucrando cada vez más a los ciudadanos en este festival de cine, aumentando gradualmente las actividades programadas, las fiestas, los conciertos, las proyecciones, la asistencia del público, las actividades de la industria y la respuesta de la industria cinematográfica.
