このコンペティションは、デジタル形式で制作された映画作品（短編、長編映画、ドキュメンタリー）を上映する監督や制作会社を対象としています。
エントリーは2023年8月31日までに受領する必要があります。
作品を送ることができます：

作業の最大期間を超えてはなりません。
1）ショーツの場合は15〜30分、

ドキュメンタリーは、平和をテーマにした芸術作品（絵画、彫刻、ランドアート、壁画など）に関連する映画のみを対象としていることに注意してください。

This year, for the 42nd Rencontres du Cinéma Latino-Américain, a festival organized by the association France Amérique Latine in Bordeaux, The cinema team would like to propose for the 4th consecutive year an official competition of short films.
These 12 films selected by the employees and volunteers of the association will be presented to students who will award different prizes and use the short films as a study support.
The scholar work on and with the short films will start in september: the final answer of your participation in the official competition will be given at the beginning of december.
The Award winners will be notified after the Festival is concluded.

The Festival reserves the right to place entries into alternative categories if they feel it is to the benefit of the title. Each submission must be entered separately and it cannot be withdrawn.

General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers
1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).
2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.
3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.
4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).
5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms
ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

「Iinerant Cinema in Mi Barrio」フェスティバルは、カウカ県の全国的な短編映画を普及させるための重要なプラットフォームとして定着しており、さまざまな地域の観客に巨大なスクリーンで映画を楽しむ機会を提供しています。 2024年の公募は、そのストーリー的な提案により際立ち、多様な観客に届く可能性を秘めた短編映画に門戸を開いている。
映画作品は、環境、人権、創造性、若さ、芸術と文化などの側面に特に注意を払いながら、自由なテーマを取り上げている場合があります。これにより、コロンビアの豊かな生物多様性が反映されます。
今年の映画祭のルートはカウカ太平洋から始まり、ティンビキとグアピに停車します。 その後、移動室は南のパティア（Patía）の地へと移動し、その後北のヴァレス・デル・カウカのサンタンデール・デ・キリチャオへと移動します。 また、隠れた宝物で知られるティエラ・ディスタンシアの東側も訪れます。

サンティアゴ国際ドキュメンタリー映画祭（FIDOCS）は、チリとラテンアメリカのドキュメンタリー映画の主要な放送、配信、コンペティションイベントです。
FIDOCSは、対話と熟考の促進、そして恒久的な変容の文脈におけるドキュメンタリー映画の鑑賞に向けて観客を育成することに焦点を当てており、ドキュメンタリー制作だけでなく、ノンフィクション作品特有の流れについても探求することを目指している。 FIDOCSのプログラムには、「THE REAL」の問題に取り組むために、経験豊富な監督と新進気鋭の監督の両方の作品が取り入れられています。その際、「現実とは何か？」という質問であるさまざまな側面、学問的フロンティア、緊張を考慮しています。 ドキュメンタリーのジャンルそのものと同様に、私たちにもたらされるものがある。

チリおよび国際映画のプロモーション、ポジショニング、展示を目的として、FIDOCSは3つの主要なコンペティションを開催しています。 これらの部門には、国際コンペティション、チリコンペティション、国内映画の創発短編コンペティションが含まれます。

さらに、FIDOCSは、その学際的な使命に沿って、インスタレーション、展覧会、パフォーマンスなど、独自の表現力からドキュメンタリーのコンセプトとの対話を意味する他の芸術的介入の上映にも同行する予定です。 こうしてFIDOCSの拡張セクションは生まれた。そこでは、サウンドやビジュアルの分野に関係のある様々なアーティスト、ビデオアーティスト、映画製作者が作品を展示している。
最後に、選ばれた作品は、映画祭終了後、チリ国内外のさまざまな地域で「ベスト・オブ・フィドックス」部門で上映されます。 その目的は、地域レベルでの映画祭の文化的拡大であり、地域レベルでの映画の流通に重点を置き、国内だけでなく海外でもレプリカを上映できるようにすることです。

ドキュメンタリー、短編小説、アニメーション、実験映画の第36回メッセージ・トゥ・マン国際映画祭は、2026年10月16日から24日まで、ロシアのサンクトペテルブルクで開催されます。
長年にわたり、この映画祭にはヴェルナー・ヘルツォーク、ウルリッヒ・ザイドル、クロード・ランズマン、イザベル・ユペール、ファニー・アーダン、アニエス・ヴァルダ、ミラ・ネア、パオロ・ソレンティーノ、アラン・ベルリンナー、エリック・ロバーツ、ジョナサン・ローゼンバウム、アブデラティフ・ケチェ、ウドなど、世界の映画の著名人が出演してきました。Kier、その他多数。
30年にわたる映画開発の歴史を持つメッセージ・トゥ・マンは、1989年に映画祭の名誉会長を務める映画監督ミハイル・リトビャコフによってレニングラードで設立されました。
2010年には、ドキュメンタリーや長編映画の監督として有名なアレクセイ・ウチテルが映画祭の会長に就任しました。
