About WDIFF – The Annual Women's Director International Film Festival (WDIFF) is one of the few international film and arts festivals dedicated to women's. This three-day extravaganza, consisting of indoor and outdoor red carpet film screenings, fashion shows, workshops, and of course Shopping Stalls. It's a celebration of women and all who love women. WDIFF films and screenings are selected and hosted by filmmakers, professors, and other notable figures in the world of film. In addition to exhibiting the next new wave of women filmmakers, the WDIFF also makes time to pay tribute to films by women with historical significance.
In past years festival gains reputation & regarded as among most prestigious festival in India. The festival grows over the years & attracts filmmakers from across the India & across the world.
Mission & Objective - The mission of the Women's Director International Film Festival (WDIFF) is to empower women's artistic vision internationally. With women representing only 7% of filmmakers, we would like to increase the number of women in the industry and support those women who are actively involved by assisting filmmakers and artists with the development of their craft.
The 2016 edition will offer many different sections, including a feature‐film competition, a retrospective exhibition, many premieres and tributes to great directors of the past, a documentary section, recently produced films and rediscovered classics, art exhibitions and installations, special screening sessions for schools, animation films, workshops, lectures, Q&As with the authors... and much more.
Among the most eagerly awaited cultural events in Bergamo, BFM is a major event in the Italian Festival calendar and a great opportunity not only to meet film professionals, but also for research and study, as well as for genuine, passion‐driven fun.
12. Festival Audiovisual Infantil (FICAIJ), 2021-2022
Venezuela-Colômbia
O Festival Audiovisual Infantil, conhecido por sua sigla FICAIJ, nasceu em Mérida, Venezuela, em 2010, e se consolidou após 12 anos como uma das janelas mais importantes para exibir conteúdo educativo e alternativo de qualidade, bem como conteúdo comercial para crianças, adolescentes, jovens e famílias no país e na região.
Depois de ter assistido a mais de 41.385 participantes em suas 11 edições anteriores que impactaram diretamente em 6 países do mundo. Diante do panorama da pandemia que ainda vivemos através do COVID-19, assumimos o desafio de nos transformar e ativar nossa 12ª edição na web com incidência principal nos países da nossa região. Além disso, planejamos realizar algumas exibições presenciais na Venezuela e na Colômbia.
História:
Mais de 1.506 curtas-metragens de 81 países ao redor do mundo foram transmitidos nas telas da FICAIJ, e mais de 392 pessoas, incluindo crianças, adolescentes, jovens e adultos, avaliaram e avaliaram esses filmes.
Nossos jurados vieram não só da Venezuela, mas também de outros 9 países: Argentina, Brasil, Cuba, Equador, Itália, Quênia, México, Espanha e África do Sul, participando da representação de seus locais de origem.
Filosofia:
Promovemos audiovisuais de um ponto de vista reflexivo e produtivo, convidando crianças, adolescentes e jovens a assumir um papel ativo como criadores e prosumers.
Missão:
A FICAIJ procura incentivar a criação, produção, exposição e distribuição de conteúdos de qualidade para e por crianças, adolescentes e jovens da região, estimulando o protagonismo das crianças em todos esses processos.
2º. Laboratório FICAIJ:
Com o duplo propósito de fortalecer, por um lado, a produção de conteúdos infantis, jovens e familiares em nível regional e, por outro lado, a formação de professores na educação com e para os meios de comunicação social, uma necessidade mais evidente diante da educação digital imposta pela pandemia, a organização de A FICAIJ assume o desafio de desenvolver a 2ª edição do seu Laboratorio FICAIJ, um espaço de formação voltado para o setor de produção de conteúdos para meninos e meninas latino-americanos e para o setor da educação.

O Festival Internacional BioBioCine é uma reunião intercultural de conhecimento e sabedoria expressos por meio do cinema. Seu objetivo é tornar-se um espaço de diálogo e reflexão, promovendo, apoiando e valorizando a cinematografia nacional e internacional a partir de uma perspectiva territorial e identitária, no âmbito de sua reunião anual.
O Festival Internacional BioBioCine convida inscrições de todos os países e culturas para sua décima primeira edição. O programa do festival inclui categorias competitivas e não competitivas para longas-metragens e curtas-metragens, tanto de ficção quanto de não ficção, com ênfase em cinema de autor, cineastas emergentes, experimentação, diálogo intercultural e primeiras nações.

O Skepto International Film Festival tem um caráter competitivo e está aberto a curtas-metragens sem limites quanto ao assunto, estilo ou orçamento de produção. Está aberto a curtas-metragens de todos os tipos, incluindo documentários, videoclipes musicais, videoarte, curtas-metragens experimentais, spots, trailers falsos, novos formatos de mídia, vídeos móveis, etc.
O festival terá lugar em Cagliari em abril de 2022, com exibições colaterais nas mesmas datas ou nos meses seguintes (antes do final de 2022 — planejamos organizar pelo menos dois eventos em outros locais da Sardenha e dois em outras cidades italianas ou internacionais). Mumbai, a cidade dos sonhos de celulóide desde o século passado, é o destino de milhares de cineastas iniciantes e profissionais na Índia e no mundo. A cidade nutriu muitos grandes cineastas, técnicos e entreteve milhões em todo o mundo por meio do cinema. As pessoas também o chamavam carinhosamente de Bollywood. Na era altamente competitiva do cinema, o “Festival Internacional de Cinema de Curtas de Mumbai” é a plataforma para os curtas-metragens apresentarem seus trabalhos na liga profissional.
MSIFF, um movimento cinematográfico progressivo, começou no ano de 2012 com a consulta de membros seniores da indústria para destacar o curta-metragem. O ano inaugural de 2012, seguido pelas edições de 2013 a 2025, testemunha a grande participação e entusiasmo de cineastas e profissionais da indústria da Índia e do exterior. O objetivo do festival é contribuir para o desenvolvimento de futuros cineastas e criar a cultura de curtas-metragens na Índia.
O objetivo do festival é apresentar grandes cinemas de cineastas mundiais em grande estilo e, ao mesmo tempo, fornecer networking profissional e apresentar as tendências atuais do cinema aos participantes. O festival também defende fortemente a necessidade da indústria comercial de curtas-metragens na Índia e levantará questões relacionadas a curtas-metragens em frente a vários órgãos governamentais do cinema.
O 15º MSIFF-26 será mais um passo para alcançar a excelência e aprimorar suas habilidades no cinema e, com certeza, contribuirá imensamente para seu crescimento como cineasta.
The Festival International du Film d’Aubagne, organized by the ALCIME association, is dedicated to the promotion of young cinematographic creation and music composition for film.
Its main axes are to favor the emergence of young international talents, to be a place of training and creation for young authors such as directors, scriptwriters and composers. Highlighting cultural diversity is our axiom.
The FIFA naturally became a place of showing where the curiosity of the public is awakened, seduced by the cinematographic variety and encounters with guests of honor.
It also offers a platform for artists from image and sound, a place of sensitization and training, enabling reinforced cooperation.

Dear Filmmakers,
The College Town Film Festival is thrilled to be entering it's fifth year. Along the journey, we have met talented filmmakers and artists; we have been hosted by engaged, intellectually curious students; and we have been welcomed (and challenged) by world-class faculty members who have come to define our festival.
When we first began to formulate the idea for The College Town Film Festival, we knew it had to be a traveling event. We wanted to capture the energy of a place that thrives on youth and deals in the currency of developing minds. Plus, a roadshow would allow us spread the word while gauging the pulse of the college audience. Since those early conversations, The CTFF has grown rapidly over 4 fast-moving years. We have screened Independent films (with accompanying TedTalk-like presentations and panels discussions) for large crowds on major college campuses, enabling students to discover a world of ideas and a sense of passion for issues that matter; often encountering a filmic view of our complex world that isn’t available at the local multiplex.
At the same time, the University Professors we work with are thrilled to welcome the professional Actors, Directors, Editors, Writers, Casting Directors, Crew Members and industry professionals that we invite to campus to discuss the inner-workings of film and professional production. The big surprise however, is that College Deans and Administrators enthusiastically support the festival because they’ve discovered that The CTFF fills a vital need: bringing the University together across disciplines. Which, as one administrator revealed is “normally the provence of sports and keggers… not art and ideas”.
From the beginning, we knew that colleges of communication, theatre and business/marketing would be natural partners. But every year, we discover that new faculty provosts and new deans are reaching out to us. Four short years into the experiment, The CTFF now receives unexpected and enthusiastic support across campus: with strong participation from the colleges of education, psychology, life-sciences, philosophy, engineering, theology and even medicine and computers. Our new challenge is to keep pace with this growing interest… and channel the enthusiasm into a more sophisticated and technologically-advanced platform.
When I meet with professors and deans I explain that we began with (and stay true to) two simple goals. 1) Support Independent filmmakers. 2) Introduce students to unique voices and fresh ideas “without making them feel like they are eating vegetables.” Of course, making these two ideas work together and balancing them, can be a bit of a challenge… but that tug-of-war is what led to a moment of clarity and our third goal, which is what really gives life to the College Town Film Festival. And it is the thing that excites the University faculty heads.
Each year, and with each stop on the tour, the energy and excitement around this event grows. The 2015 Penn State festival was by far our most ambitious and the most successful. Now we are being contacted by new Universities who are interested in bringing CTFF to their campus, and we are looking for filmmakers with something to say to help us grow this festival to reach more students.
The best screenings are attended by the filmmakers. That’s why we help with travel. Sometimes it’s airline tickets, usually it’s a hotel room for a few nights… often it’s both. But always the reason is the same: we want to hear your voice; learn about the backstory and listen to your plans for the future… and always, argue the merits of your film.
But beware: the conversations are real. Sometimes we agree; more often we argue — never do we pull-any-punches. That is the deal we have for you: we won’t pretend to be “the next Sundance” (blah, blah, blah) and you won’t have to worry that we’ll subject you to an audience programmed to agree with you just because you’re in the room.
We’re not interested in how your film was financed or how much it cost or why you cast the girl with the lisp. We just want to know one thing: of all the movies you could have made, why did you make this one?
So submit your film. Know that it will be reviewed by thoughtful judges. That it will be given careful consideration. And when it is accepted… we don’t just want a copy of the DVD… we want you.
