Rajaleña Film Fest is one of the three components that are part of the Cinema Tres platform. This is a film festival focused on promoting folklore through moving images that for 4 days will bring national and international guests who will be in charge of training the new generations of Huila filmmakers with talks, conversations and workshops to tell the stories that many want to count for them. Rajaleña Film Fest is a commitment to the territory that seeks to make history with the stories of all the people of La Plata.
The 14th version of the Festival has as its central theme ¨Community Cinema as a generator of Social Change and Progress¨, the jury prioritizes content that has this focus, however the reception of audiovisual pieces is not closed exclusively to said theme, for Therefore, other types of content will be widely accepted.
¨Community cinema is not only an art form, but also a powerful tool to promote fundamental values of a progressive society, such as gender equality, social justice and citizen participation. It facilitates debate, plurality and solidarity, and offers a means of expression for the different groups and identities that make up the social, cultural and identity fabric of Colombia, at local, regional and national levels. ¨
It is for this reason that the Comuna 13 Film and Video Festival, The Other History in its 2024 version has decided to generate spaces for dialogue and exchange of knowledge around community cinema, encouraging the participation of the most prominent groups in the country in this modality in order to share experiences, methodologies and knowledge with the academic sector of our city (Audiovisual creation network, technical media, peace schools among others)
The FICGO Gulf of Morrosquillo International Film Festival is a space for exhibition, training and promotion that generates experiences through cinema and audiovisuals for the entire region with a program of films, workshops and activities simultaneously in the municipalities of Coveñas, Santiago de Tolu and San Onofre, Sucre. Celaya Experimental Film Fest is an experimental film and contemporary art festival that seeks to promote the creation of new platforms and exhibitions of experimental and contemplative audiovisual language. The winner of this award will be invited to the Goldfinch studios for a one-to-one consultancy with First Flights and one of their executive producers. First Flights from the Goldfinch Studios will present this award at the New Renaissance Award Ceremony at the Courthouse Hotel Sunday 1 October. First Flights have just won a BAFTA with their short 'An Irish Goodbye,' also an Oscar nominee in the category of Best Live Action Short.

NEW RENAISSANCE LONDON 2023
2023 will be our eighth year in London, a city known for its diversity and innovation in the creative arts. For 3 days in September, we will screen around 100 outstanding films in the heart of London. The programme will include narrative shorts, features, documentaries, animations, dance and music videos, a NETWORKING party and AWARDS CEREMONY.
Running alongside the festival will be a SCREENWRITING COMPETITION, a series of MASTERCLASSES by film industry experts, a filmmaker's PANEL DISCUSSION, Filmmaker Q&A's, and other networking opportunities.

Apart from a high number of UK and International films, NRFF London has a category for EMERGING TALENT (talented Gen Z, debut or early stage filmmakers embarking on their careers in the film industry). The Equinale®
The Equinale® is an international film festival for horse films and films, which horses play an important roll.
The Equinale® is an event which takes place over four days.
Entertainment films (films for adults and children), documentaries, advertisements, music and educational films are going to be shown.
There will also be lectures about horses which will definitely catch the interest of the young and old horse fans.
The highlight of this event is the giving of awards to the films in the various categories.
The films are going to be awarded by a mixed jury. The jury is composed of horse thrilled people out of the riding scene.
The children and youth films are going to be rated from a separate jury.
Furthermore two public awards are going to be awarded.
The big film party on Saturday, on which the films are going to be awarded, is a social event.
To round off this event, a small exclusive horsefair and horseart exhibition invites you to go for a stroll. Fashion, art, interior, culinary delicacies including horse products and presentations are expected to reduce the waiting time between the films.

The Fausto Rossano Award Association promotes the eighth edition of the “Premio Fausto Rossano” that will take place at the end of October 2024, in Naples, Italy. The award commemorates the life and work of Jungian psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Fausto Rossano, who died in 2012.
It is the purpose of the award to combat the stigma and prejudices that surround the many forms of psychic suffering and the importance of the individual person in the concrete context of his or her life by stimulating social awareness through the language of cinematography and dialogue with authors, professionals and experts of the field.
9th EUREKA UNIVERSITY FILM FESTIVAL 2023
The conditions described below correspond to the requirements proposed by EUREKA University Film Festival and its programming team. The registration and selection of audiovisual pieces sent by those students and filmmakers who would like to be part of the official programming depend on these requirements, bases and conditions.
EUREKA University Film Festival is an event initially organized by students from the University Jorge Tadeo Lozano of Bogota and students from different universities in Colombia. The festival will take place from September 01 to 08, 2023 in the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.

The celebration of the XV Edition of the CortogeniAl Film and Short Film Festival will take place in the town of Puente Genil (Cordoba, Spain) between October 11th and October 19th of 2024.
It is welcome any person (film director, production or distribution) who has the legal control of the work or works submitted may participate.

CALL FOR ENTRIES FICMA 2024
The International Film Festival with Alternative Media (FICMA) encourages and disseminates the creation of films and audiovisual projects with new digital narratives and disruptive technologies made with various devices such as smartphones, DSLR cameras, GoPro cameras, Black magic pocket, drones, among others. Using technologies such as virtual reality, digital animation, artificial intelligence, among others.
