International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlín belongs among the oldest and largest events of its kind worldwide. The festival is a non-profitable event with all screenings and supporting events free of charge. The audience consists mainly of children and youth from the Zlín region, but also university students and adult visitors to whom late-night screening slot with appropriate dramaturgy are devoted. More and more film professionals from all over the world come to Zlín. In recent years have been providing intensive support for young emerging filmmakers, which reflected in the competitive section of European First Films and non-competitive section of midnight movies called Night Horizons. Screenings are accompanied by a series of seminars, workshops and entertainment events. Each year the festival devotes its edition to a selected cinema of one particular European nation.

NOFI is a multi stage International Festival of New and Original Films. It was founded by the Center of American New Cinema and Arts (CANCA). The preliminary stages take place in Russia, Sweden and Armenia while the final stage is taking place in USA (Los Angeles). Each year an estimated 1000 independent and student films participate in the NOFI festivals from 60 countries. We have representatives in 10 countries including USA, Russia, Sweden, Armenia, Belarus, UK,Belgium, Holland, Arab Emirates and Philippines.
The goal of the NOFI festivals is to find and invite talented film directors to NOFI film studying and producing programs for shooting their films with the help of our sponsors and grants. We then represent, promote and will try to sell the best films from NOFI in the American Film Market, Cannes film market, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and other markets. Winning films can also participate in NOFI sister’s film festivals in Korea, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Russia and Armenia. The winners from each category and diplomas of honor can have the opportunity to show their films (edited versions) at our NOFI film festival on YouTube channel. The best actors from the best films can join our “Accent” International Talent Management. Also the trailers of the awarded films will be in our web site for years, providing more exposure. Our festival helps expose new and emerging directors and actors. NOFI festivals give them an opportunity to present their names in motion pictures studios and be discovered in the film industry worldwide. NOFI is designed to showcase innovative work by new filmmakers who may (or may not) have been overlooked by other festivals. We organize forums and round tables with filmmakers during the NOFI festivals to understand their needs, help solve common problems with film production and discuss their future projects. Our slogan is- “Indie filmmakers without borders.” Many celebrities and representatives from film studios have attended screenings and award ceremonies of NOFI festivals.

El «Festival de Cine Independiente del Golfo de Nápoles» es un evento destinado a servir de escaparate internacional de películas de varios tipos y géneros, con el fin de promover y difundir el cine artístico, de autor y experimental que no se estrena en las salas de cine, fomentar el diálogo entre diferentes experiencias y crear un punto de encuentro para el apoyo de la cultura cinematográfica.
El Festival de Cortometrajes de Prokuplje, fundado en 2011, es el festival de cine más joven de Serbia. En Prokplje hay un evento en el que el público puede ver lo mejor del campo del documental, el experimento, la animación y la ficción de todo el mundo. Miles de películas de todo el mundo llegan a la sede del festival, y así lo han reflejado las numerosas audiencias de Prokuplje, pero también de otras ciudades de Serbia y de la región, ya que el equipo organiza una gira en la que se presentan las mejores películas en más de 30 ciudades. Por eso, y debido a la presentación de la película entre los jóvenes, hemos llevado la obra a todos los centros de enseñanza primaria y secundaria, que son un público potencial y se animarán con la presentación de las películas de los festivales y el debate sobre la importancia del Festival. Además de trabajar con los jóvenes de Prokuplje, el Club de Cine de Prokuplje es el primero en empezar a animar al público de las zonas rurales, que están completamente excluidas de todos los eventos, especialmente los culturales.
18º Festival de Cortometrajes Rodinia 2026
El Festival Axolotl de Cine Escaparates de la Ciudad de México junto con Cactus Films convocan a los cineastas mexicanos y extranjeros residentes en y fuera del país a participar en su segunda edición que se llevará a cabo del 9 al 13 de noviembre del 2016 en los escaparates de distintos comercios de las principales calles del Centro Histórico.
Los escaparates son pantallas naturales, desaprovechadas, para presentar y recrear nuestra vida y experiencias en la Ciudad de México. Los comercios han dejado de ser lugares de encuentro de los ciudadanos y son espacios que nos separan. creemos que el cine puede generar y promover un sentido de comunidad entre los habitantes y visitantes de la ciudad.
Podrán participar todos los cortometrajes en cine y video que referencien por su tema, personajes, escenario y/o historia a la ciudad de México. Podrán participar cortometrajes tanto los producidos en la ciudad de México, como aquellos producidos en el interior del país y en el extranjero.

El Festival Internacional de Cine Corto de Cali, con la apertura de su convocatoria, busca servir de espacio para la exhibición de cortometrajes profesionales y universitarios de la ciudad de Cali y el mundo para ser un lugar de encuentro entre los nuevos realizadores y los profesionales del cortometraje.
El XVII Festival Internacional de Cine Corto de Cali tendrá lugar del 23 al 26 de septiembre de 2025, en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, Colombia.
La convocatoria para las secciones competitivas del festival, estarán abiertas desde el 20 de marzo del 2025 y cerraremos el plazo de inscripción a la medianoche del 31 de mayo del 2025, hora local colombiana (UTC-5).
Las películas enviadas a las secciones: Selección Oficial Nacional, Selección Oficial Nacional Universitaria, Selección Oficial Internacional y Selección Oficial Internacional Universitaria, deben haber sido terminadas después del 15 de enero del 2024.
Los resultados de la convocatoria para las secciones competitivas del festival, se darán a conocer en la página web del festival www.cortoscali.com el 31 de julio del 2025.
El PROGRAMA "TV EN CORTOS" se desarrolla con el fin de promover la actividad cinematográfica facilitando un espacio donde todas las personas con inquietudes cinematográficas y/o de artes audiovisuales puedan desplegar su talento y

Es un programa de televisión destinado a los cineastas, estudiantes, escuelas de cine, productores, distribuidores y cualquier persona que tenga un cortometraje o una película para promover, alentar y disfrutar de la película como un medio de comunicación y expresión de ideas artísticas y técnicas.
El objetivo es por un lado, trazar un panorama de elementos contemporáneos en los recursos de cine, televisión, vídeo y multimedia, promoviendo así la posibilidad de extender una mano la cultura audiovisual local de llegar a todos los hogares. Por el otro, el desarrollo de la industria del cine en la zona generando así el intercambio de conocer la ciudad talentos ocultos.

El Shortcup Film Festival es la copa mundial de cortometrajes. Las películas seleccionadas se distribuyen en 4 días de exposición, donde cada película representa a su país y los votos populares del jurado definen la ronda final donde el ganador es elegido en la quinta jornada.
