Started in Bologna in 2011, Boff is situated in a beautiful park in the center of Bologna and it open for all who would like to take part.
This year’s programme aims not only to give visibility to films from the national and international film circuit, but also tries to speak to a world of people who are usually cut off from cinema. With the introduction of sound, the deaf left the cinema. With Boff we hope they’ll come back. the program will be vast and full of themes of cinematic language: visual perception, rather than sound – where the only music is in the form of bodily vibrations.

Her Point of View has entered into a partnership agreement with the Community Education Department of Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in Nashville TN. The Nashville festival will be held at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in September 2015. Specific dates are being finalized and will be released soon. Stay tuned! Empowering current and future generations of artists currently underrepresented in front of and behind the camera, Her Point of View, a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization, launches this year and will present arts and entertainment created from a woman’s point of view in Nashville, TN with screenings in Atlanta GA. New cities are added everyday.
In each city, Her Point of View will conduct a four (4) day international film festival complete with workshops, panels, independent and studio films, fine art gallery, live music events, industry parties and plenty of networking mixers. Filmmakers, film, TV, music, art and entertainment executives and celebrities are invited to participate in the event developed to highlight women artists from around the world.
Anibar International Animation Festival is the only event of the kind in Kosova, and one of the greatest events in the country. Since the beginning, the festival is organised and held in various settings in the city of Peja.
Anibar screens animated films coming from different places around the world, that in five cinemas, three of them set outdoors. Except the screening of the films during the festival, workshops, lectures, debates and additional daily activities (concerts and camping) are organized.
Year by year, the festival endeavors screening qualitative films, in both, technical and artistic aspect of the view. The selection of entries is made in accord with a criteria deriving from a limited staff of professionals who aim balancing the audience, artistic reviews and the market.
Anibar has also socially influenced the youth community in Peja, and further, enclosed with the film screenings and other events, before, during and after the festival, a wide group of youngsters are engaged in helping and working with the idea and preparations of the festival, meanwhile they gain an experience which as a matter has been truly acknowledged by a vast support of different local and national institutions (private and public).

ÜBER DAS FESTIVAL
Das Internationale Red Rock Film Festival. Das Red Rock Film Festival wurde 2007 im Süden Utahs gegründet und entwickelte sich schnell zu einem international anerkannten Festival mit preisgekrönten Juroren und einem strengen Vorauswahlverfahren. Es wurde sowohl 2009 als auch 2013 vom MovieMaker Magazine in die Liste der „besten Festivals, die die Eintrittsgebühr wert sind“ aufgenommen.
DEMOKRATISCHE FILMAUSWAHL
Alle Filme werden von Mitgliedern unseres Vorschauausschusses rezensiert und nach den Kriterien Regie, Drehbuch, Schauspiel/Talent, Produktionswerte und Werte nach der Produktion bewertet. Lokal oder international, Freund oder Fremder, hübsch oder schlicht, berühmt oder nicht: Alle Filme werden gleich behandelt und durchlaufen dieselbe demokratische Filmauswahl.
DEMOGRAFISCHE
Die Bevölkerungsgruppe ist gut ausgebildet und besteht hauptsächlich aus leeren Nestern, Studenten und älteren Menschen. Das Festival hat sich auch zum Ziel gesetzt, neue Filme für kluge Menschen sowie hochwertige Filme für Jugendliche, Sportfilme und Filme mit einer Botschaft zu finden.
GENRE
Alle Genres werden berücksichtigt. Obwohl Dokumentarfilme beim Red Rock Film Festival ein dominierender Schwerpunkt waren, lobt das Festivalpublikum oft die Vielfalt und Vielfalt der Filme, die für das Festival in Utah ausgewählt wurden. Animations-, Kunst-, Kinder-, Komödien-, Dokumentar-, Drama-, Experimental-, Fiktion-, Erzähl-, Romanze-, Sport-, Studenten-, Horror-, Suspense-, Mystery-, Musical-, Musikvideos, Kriegsthemen, Frauenfragen, Familien- und humanitäre Filme werden alle berücksichtigt. Alle Genres werden berücksichtigt, darunter Animations-, Dokumentar-, Experimental-, Fiktion-, Musikvideo- und Studentenfilme. Das Festival hat mehrere Wettbewerbskategorien, darunter einzigartige Unterkategorien wie Featurette und Kurzfilm.
Die Programmdirektoren können nach eigenem Ermessen auch weitere Kategorien auswählen, je nachdem, wie viele qualifizierte Beiträge eingegangen sind.
JEDER FILM VERDIENT EIN ZUHAUSE
Es geht nur darum, wie sehr wir einen Film mögen und wo wir ihn platzieren. Wir wollen einfach einen guten, originellen Film, der unsere Mission zeigt. Wir gehen davon aus, dass sich einige Filme hervorragend für die Kinos eignen würden, andere für das Fernsehen, einige für den Unterricht, für unsere Filmreihe oder für eine großartige Premiere. Um den unabhängigen Geist zu fördern, ist Red Rock bestrebt, ein Zuhause für alle Filme zu finden, die sich für den Wettbewerb qualifizieren. Dies gibt den Filmemachern die Möglichkeit, ihre Arbeit bekannt zu machen, auch wenn sie es vielleicht nicht ins Festivalfinale schaffen. Das Festival veranstaltet auch einen Mini-Filmmarkt, das ganze Jahr über Sondervorführungen und wir geben Empfehlungen für andere Festivals.

Das International Mountain Film Festival Ushuaia SHH... ist eine kulturelle und pädagogische Veranstaltung, die in Feuerland, Argentinien, geboren wurde. Unser Ziel ist es, zu einer Kultur der Naturpflege und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung der menschlichen Gesellschaft, insbesondere in Bergumgebungen, beizutragen. Jährlich und ohne kommerzielle Zwecke erstellen wir ein komplexes Programm von Vorführungen, kulturellen und pädagogischen Aktivitäten wie Ausstellungen, Vorträgen, Live-Musik, bildender und darstellender Kunst, Verkostung von Speisen und Bergsportarten, um das Genre des Bergkinos in der Region hervorzuheben, aufzubauen und zu festigen. LIAF wurde 2003 gegründet und zielt darauf ab, das populäre Missverständnis zu zerstreuen, dass Animation nur Cartoons für Kinder ist, indem sie ein möglichst breites Spektrum an intelligenten, unterhaltsamen und provokativen aktuellen Filmen aus aller Welt sowie Retrospektiven und Fachsitzungen aus Ländern und Animateure, die normalerweise nicht solche Aufmerksamkeit hervorrufen.

The DC Shorts Film Festival showcases one of the largest collection of short films in the USA. In 2015, we screened 125 films from 26 countries in 17 unique showcases over 11 days to audiences of more than 9,000 people.
The festival has been named as the “Coolest Short Film Festival” by MovieMaker Magazine, and is a three-time winner of the Washington City Paper’s “Coolest Short Film Festival” contest/award. The 11-day event (September 8-18, 2016) includes film screenings, Q&As, filmmaker workshops and parties in locations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and online through the secure DC Shorts Online Film Festival.
