Entries requirements:
-> All films must have been made in or after 2012 and have English subtitles (unless English is the main language spoken); A creation date does not apply in case of the screen writings from being stopped for submissions, but the submitted must be in English or have a copy translated in English;
-> We accept shorts, documentaries, animations, experimental, music videos, web and new media, commercials (all specified previously under 45 minutes); feature films and feature documentaries (any length, 45 + minutes);
->A description between 50 and 150 words;
->Trailer (not required for movies under 7 minutes; optional) and the film must be submitted as an on-line screener (Vimeo preferred) which may be embedded on the website for visitors to see your creation; you can further opt for modifications in your entry;
->Cover of the film/screen writing or a defining photo;

The PDXtreme Film Fest is the best damn genre festival Portland Oregon has ever seen! Taking place over 3 days at the historic Laurelhurst Theater, we showcase horror, crime, dark comedy, and everything in-between. Tales of the grotesque, the limits of the psychological, and bumps in the night whatever the cause! Does it take place in space? That's cool too.
This will be our fourth year! Continuing the traditions of the first 3 years, you can expect trophies, free beer for attending filmmakers, and no repertory films. In our first season we played 32 short films, and 13 feature films. Last year we screened 54 total films. It’s more badassness than should be allowed in one weekend!
Screening takes place at the Laurelhurst Theater, a legit theater that serves beer, wine, and pizza. In less than a minute you can walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and other examples of Portland life.
We promise a rollicking good time and a slate packed with great films. We can't do that without the filmmakers, so submit your films now! International films accepted. Diversity and originality are not only welcome, but also encouraged. Absolutely no ratings restrictions, ever.
The Native Peoples International Film Festival is devoted to short and feature films, fiction, documentaries and animated films made by or about the native peoples around the world in order to promote knowledge, respect and acceptance diversity in raising awareness of the various facets of reality, trying not to fall into clichés. Thus, gradually the festival is intended as a field for meetings and discussions of projects of mutual interest.

1. Pass festival gratuit pour tous les cinéastes qui s'inscrivent
Tous ceux qui soumettent un film à Mirror Mountain, qu'il soit sélectionné ou non, obtiennent un laissez-passer gratuit pour assister à l'intégralité du festival.
2. Inscription gratuite pour les cinéastes locaux
Les films de toute durée peuvent être soumis gratuitement s'ils ont été tournés et/ou montés dans un rayon de 125 km d'Ottawa. Cette région comprend Gatineau, Maniwaki, Mont-Tremblant, Montebello, Hawkesbury, Cornwall, Potsdam, Brockville, Smiths Falls, Perth, Renfrew, Arnprior et plus encore.
3. Inscriptions gratuites pour les anciens élèves
Si vous avez réalisé un film qui a été officiellement sélectionné pour être projeté lors d'une édition précédente de Mirror Mountain, vous pouvez vous inscrire à nouveau gratuitement.
4. Remboursement
Si votre film est officiellement sélectionné pour être projeté au festival, nous vous rembourserons les frais d'inscription initiaux.
5. Moins de restrictions
Nous n'avons aucune exigence quant à la date de première ou à la date d'achèvement. Votre film est toujours éligible même s'il a déjà été projeté dans la région d'Ottawa, s'il a déjà été distribué, a été diffusé à la télévision ou peut être visionné en ligne.
6. Nous payons les honoraires des artistes
Si votre film est officiellement sélectionné pour être projeté au festival, vous recevrez également un cachet d'artiste pour vous remercier de nous avoir laissé projeter votre œuvre.
7. Restez au courant
Après avoir inscrit votre film, vous recevrez une notification du festival confirmant que nous avons bien reçu votre candidature. Plus tard, vous recevrez une notification vous informant des résultats, que votre film ait été sélectionné ou non.
8. Récompenses pour les cinéastes gagnants
Des prix sont décernés dans plusieurs catégories une fois le festival terminé. Les gagnants reçoivent un certificat et une sélection de prix offerts par nos sponsors.
9. Qualification pour le Canadian Screen Award
Mirror Mountain est un festival officiel de qualification pour les Canadian Screen Awards, sélectionnés par l'Académie canadienne du cinéma et de la télévision.
10. Atmosphère conviviale et alternative
En tant que communauté de cinéastes et d'artistes, nous nous efforçons de créer une atmosphère dynamique et accueillante où les créateurs et les membres du public issus de divers horizons artistiques et culturels peuvent se réunir et s'épanouir grâce à un travail partagé et à des conversations.
AnimArte est un festival international de films d'animation réalisés par des enfants et des jeunes, et conçus pour les enfants et les jeunes.
Le festival AnimArte est réservé aux courts métrages d'animation !
La durée maximale de chaque film est de 15 minutes.
En 2025 aura lieu la 18e édition d'AnimArte et le festival aura lieu en novembre !
Pour les étudiants internationaux (étudiants du monde entier), il existe deux catégories compétitives (uniquement pour les courts métrages d'animation) : Maxi (18 ans ou plus) et Mini (moins de 18 ans).
Pour les professionnels internationaux, il existe deux catégories : « Films environnementaux » et « Cultures du monde ».
Les animations sélectionnées seront projetées selon le programme préparé par le comité d'organisation du Festival.
Si le film contient des dialogues dans une langue autre que le portugais, il sera nécessaire d'envoyer un fichier texte avec les dialogues du film en anglais (si possible, avec le code temporel) à l'adresse e-mail : animarte@vouanimarte.com.br.
Une version du film sous-titrée en anglais est la bienvenue pour faciliter le travail de traduction et de sous-titrage pour le portugais, mais la version qui sera projetée au festival doit être soumise sans sous-titres.
Il existe également 2 catégories exclusives (uniquement pour les courts métrages d'animation) réservées aux étudiants inscrits dans des établissements d'enseignement au Brésil : Maxi (étudiants universitaires) et Mini (lycéens et étudiants de l'enseignement primaire).

L'association culturelle Mitreo Film Festival, pour la 19ème édition du festival du même nom, annonce un appel à candidatures pour des courts métrages internationaux d'une durée maximale de 10 minutes, réalisés par des cinéastes de moins de 25 ans, développé sur le thème central de « Courage ». Le
courage doit être non seulement le plat principal, mais il doit aussi connoter le langage et le sentiment, le cadre et l'atmosphère dans lesquels se déroule l'histoire, quel que soit le genre que l'auteur raconte son histoire (comédie dramatique, etc.). En outre, le courage devrait aussi inspirer l'auteur de manière à lui faire choisir une forme courageuse de performance, en quelques mots nous recherchons aussi des cinéastes courageux et audacieux, capables de travailler d'une manière différente et d'une perspective originale.
Il est fondamentalement important que le thème du courage soit clairement exprimé dans le synopsis de l'œuvre
et dans les notes de l'auteur que chaque candidat doit produire avec le formulaire de candidature, sous peine d'exclusion.
Le Los Angeles CineFest est un événement international. Nous acceptons les films et les scénarios locaux, nationaux et internationaux. Les spécialistes de l'industrie cinématographique regardent des films et des vidéos, lisent des scripts, donnent des notes et des partitions.
