Das Rome Independent Film Festival (RIFF) ist Italiens erstes unabhängiges und internationales Filmfestival. Ziel ist es, die Begeisterung junger Filmemacher für Filme und das Filmemachen mit den Realitäten der Filmproduktion und des Filmvertriebs zu verbinden. Seit seiner ersten Ausgabe im Jahr 2001 hat sich das RIFF zu einer Veranstaltung entwickelt, die von der Öffentlichkeit in Rom immer mehr Interesse findet und zu einer Referenz für Filmemacher weltweit geworden ist. FICAMS, Antarctica’s International Film Festival about Environment and Sustainability is a competitive festival that gives and teaches community members, through films, diverse views related to our habitat and culture. General themes of the audio-visual pieces are base on the environment, nature, sustainability, climate change, recycling, and renewable energy sources.

Filmfestival: Childhood and Adolescence -2025 ist ein Festival mit Räumen zur Verbreitung und audiovisuellen Ausbildung für Kinder, Jugendliche und Jugendliche mit Ausstellungen, Freizeitaktivitäten, Workshops, Podiumsdiskussionen und Diskussionen, dessen grundlegendes Ziel darin besteht, Bogotá als Vorreiterstadt in Lateinamerika in Bezug auf eine sichtbare, prominente und rechtsextreme Kindheit und Jugend durch audiovisuelle Konstruktion zu fördern.

The Lahore International Children’s Film Festival is a project of The Little Art. It's an an annual event to showcase the best of local and international films made by, for or about children and young people. The Festival was started in 2008, and has completed its 9 seasons successfully and has reached to nearly 451,550 audiences.
Aiming at education as well as entertainment, the film festival is dedicated to promote the culture of film watching, media literacy and alternative learning among children and young people. Each year, the festival brings some of the best international films to Pakistan to promote, peace, creativity, social awareness, world cultures and the arts.
The Festival reaches to nearly 50,000 children and young people each year, from urban to rural areas. The festival defines “children and young people” as its primary beneficiaries, irrespective of their gender, social status, class, education or income level.
The festival has an inclusive approach to involve marginalized and less privileged children as its audience. We collaborate with NGOs and community organizations to show the world's best films to out-of-school and marginalized children across Pakistan.
2018 is the 10th season of the Festival and will take place in Lahore, Pakistan in October 2018.
Montecatini Internationales Kurzfilmfestival, promosso dalla Federazione Italiana Cineclub (Fedic), con le sue 68 edizioni è uno dei festival di cortometraggi più longevi in Europa.
All'inizio, era principalmente destinato alle opere nazionali, ma a partire dagli anni '90, quando il concorso Nazionale spostato in un'altra piccola città della Toscana, San Giovanni Valdarno, Montecatini si è affermata come vetrina di riferimento a livello internazionale, desiderosa di presentare un panorama di nuove produzioni incentrate su diversi generi e tendenze.
L'obiettivo principale del Montecatini Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio è quello di dare una visione completa del corto nel panorama cinematografico internazionale, nella sua estensione più ampia, puntando sempre alla qualità dei film e non all'aspetto glamour offrendo una bellissima Lage in Toscana dove discutere e magari trovare collegamenti per lavori futuri.
Ogni anno il Presidente della Repubblica italiana concede la sua adesione e la sua medaglia al Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio di Montecatini.

ist ein internationales Filmfestival mit Sitz in Aguascalientes, Mexiko. Jedes Jahr empfangen wir Hunderte von Filmen aus der ganzen Welt. In diesem Jahr werden wir uns besonders auf den Kurzfilm konzentrieren, da wir glauben, dass er der Entdecker und Schöpfer der neuen Kinowege ist, über die wir eines Tages nachdenken werden.
FesticineKids 27 ist ein internationales Kinder- und Jugendfilmfestival in Cartagena de Indias. Es ist ein Filmwettbewerb, der seine Bemühungen darauf ausrichtet, die Produktion und den Vertrieb von kolumbianischem, lateinamerikanischem und weltweitem Kino für Kinder und Jugendliche zu stärken.
Im Jahr 2025 feiert FesticineKids seine 27. Ausgabe mit dem gleichen Motto, das Kino für Mädchen, Jungen und Jugendliche in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen und zu feiern. Der Satz wurde als Slogan gewählt: UNSERE KINDERWERTE. Ausgehend von diesem Konzept sollen Kinder und Jugendliche aufgefordert werden, sich der Verantwortung bewusst zu werden, die sie haben, Veränderungen in ihrer Umwelt mitzugestalten. Kinder und Jugendliche sind die Zukunft, die die Pflege unseres Planeten Erde, der Menschen, die sie umgeben, der Tiere und Pflanzen sowie der Orte, die sie besuchen, fördern sollte. Die Tendenz zu Afro-Filmen und Filmen, die sich an indigene Völker richten.
Bei der Erstellung des Profils der FesticineKids 27 wird der Bildschirm als Treffpunkt von Mädchen, Jungen und Jugendlichen problematisiert. Indem das Kino als das Szenario postuliert wird, in dem Gefühle, Emotionen und Überzeugungen zum Ausdruck kommen, soll beabsichtigt werden, dass Mädchen, Jungen und Jugendliche, die verstehen, was das Kino sie hervorruft, was sie daraus ziehen und welche Bedeutung es hat, sich darüber Gedanken machen, welchen Platz das Kino in ihrem Leben, in ihrer Umwelt einnimmt, parallel zu dem Ort, den sie wollen und von dem sie träumen.
Es ist auch eine Gelegenheit für Erwachsene, Eltern, Lehrer, Kultur- und Filmschaffende, über die Notwendigkeit nachzudenken, ihre Kapazitäten als Ausbilder im Spannungsfeld und im Umgang mit den audiovisuellen Medien, insbesondere dem Kino, zu stärken.
Da das Festival des Internationalen Kurzfilmwettbewerbs „Ciudad de Soria“ den Kurzfilm stets als Kapital betrachtet und die Verbreitung der Kultur als unverzichtbares Mittel ansieht, ist es unser Ziel, den Beitrag zur Anerkennung und Verbreitung als audiovisuelles Ausdrucksmittel zu fördern. Dieses Format muss im Wesentlichen und grundsätzlich Teil von CINEMA sein.
Since its 1st edition in Barcelos in 2008, the ART&TUR Festival has effectively fulfilled its mission of making known to the world the best audiovisual productions in Portugal and in the world.
As a forum for sharing experiences, the ART&TUR Festival has achieved a high international recognition, thanks to the quality and quantity of films that it distinguishes annually, as well as its integration into a worldwide network of similar festivals: CIFFT (International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals) that annually elects the best tourism film worldwide, among all the films that travel the international circuit of 16 festivals.
From 2018, ART&TUR Film Festival rights were transferred from APTUR to Centro de Portugal Film Commission (CPFC). Associated to this change, and thanks to an agreement between the CPFC and the Regional Tourism Entity of Center of Portugal, the ART&TUR Festival will now be held in the Central Region, roaming through the various municipalities of the Center of Portugal.

Our second edition of the Artculvid Film Festival will take place at San Francisco de Sales in Cundinamarca - Colombia, where the Colombian and International short film will be exhibited and studied, also understood as a film, as a cinematographic work. Our festival will take place on the 1st and 2nd of December 2018.

quality productions for kids, from any country.
FAN CHILE 5th edition from September 10th to 14th, 2019.
FAN CHILE Audiovisual Festival for Children awards and promotes the debate on audiovisual content for children. Productions and co-productions in any language can entry, but only if they are dubbed or subtitled in
Spanish.
TV channels and independent producers can participate. The call is open to all kinds oftechniques, genders and formats.
Productions that have been completed or aired any time between january, 2017 and May 2019, will be accepted.
Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
Der Zweck des Festivals bezieht sich auf die Sensibilisierung sowohl für die externen Filter auf der Leinwand, einschließlich der Zensur (kommerziell, ideologisch, ästhetisch), als auch für die internen Filter der Bildschirmwahrnehmung und Projektion, einschließlich Selbstzensur. Ursprünglich fand das Festival in Belarus statt, aber aufgrund der politischen Repression und der öffentlich bekundeten Antikriegshaltung können Vorführungen und Veranstaltungen in verschiedenen Ländern abgehalten werden. Zuallererst in Litauen (Vilnius). Zum Beispiel fand letztes Jahr das 10. Nefiltravanae Kino in Berlin, Vilnius und Helsinki statt. Das Konzept des NEFILTRAVANAE KINO (Unfiltered Cinema):
PROBLEM DER ENTFREMDUNG
Wir leben in einer Welt der Einkaufszentren und Kinomultiplexe. Wir sehen, dass Indie-Kino und Kunst, die nichts mit Waren zu tun hat, an die Peripherie der öffentlichen Aufmerksamkeit geraten. Primitive Attraktionen ersetzen die Kinematographie. Das Fluchtpublikum ist hinter der großen Leinwand entfremdet. Das moderne Mainstream-Kino ist also Teil eines Manipulationsinstruments, das zu einer Gesellschaft der Entfremdung führt. Daher besteht die Tendenz, dass das Indie-Kino für ein breites Publikum immer unlesbarer wird. Wir sollten den Kontext des Filmemachers verstehen, um das unabhängige Kino zu verstehen. Aus diesem Grund impliziert das Konzept von NEFILTRAVANAE KINO die physische Präsenz von Filmemachern.
PROBLEM BEI DER FILMAUSWAHL
Filmemacher drehen Millionen von Filmen. Und Tausende von Kurzfilmfestivals organisieren jedes Jahr Vorführungen auf der ganzen Welt. Im Durchschnitt werden mehrere tausend Filme für ein Filmfestival eingereicht. So können verschiedene gute Filme aus irgendeinem Grund vernachlässigt werden. Oft ist die Auswahl der Wahrscheinlichkeit wie ein Lottogewinn. Infolgedessen erhalten Filmemacher kein Feedback. Es ist paradox, dass dich im Zeitalter des Internets niemand hören kann! Die Mainstream-Kultur bevorzugt Attraktionen und ungezwungenes Beobachten.
Diese Idee basiert auch auf dem Problem der Filmauswahl. Vielleicht ist es keine Überraschung, dass eine Person, also bestenfalls der Programmdirektor, oder sogar Studenten von Filmhochschulen eine vorläufige Entscheidung treffen, einen Film auszuwählen. Die Übereinstimmung von Richtern oder Vorschauern ist eher selten als die Verschiedenheit der Herkunft und des Geschmacks. Die Auswahl oder Beurteilung kann also einseitig oder oberflächlich sein. Das ist nicht schlecht, da der Programmdirektor natürlich einen guten Geschmack und ein ästhetisches Feingefühl hat. Aber wir haben ein anderes Konzept von „ungefiltertem Kino“ entdeckt. Wir haben es mit den „Besten der Besten“ verglichen. Dieser Weg hilft, die filmische Sprache ohne das Diktat der Kunstkuratoren wahrzunehmen.
FEIER DES INDIE-KINOS
Das Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival versucht also, den Weg des „Besten vom Besten“ zu vermeiden, ignoriert ihn aber natürlich nicht völlig. Das Festival wählt die Bereiche Fiktion, Animation, Dokumentation, Experiment und virtuelle Realität aus. Eine Jury prämiert den besten Film in jeder Sektion. Das Festival veranstaltet Vorführungen in Kinos, im Nationalen Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst und in Kunsträumen.
Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen in der Kunst zusammenzubringen, einen Dialog zu führen, um mit intelligenter Kommunikation glücklich zu sein. Kino ist Kunst, aber kein Sport. Der Kernpunkt unseres Projekts ist die Kommunikation zwischen dem Filmemacher und dem Publikum.
