The festival "Rencontres du cinéma latino américain" organized by France Amérique Latine Comité Bordeaux Gironde is 42 years old.
The missions developed since the creation of this event are:
- To make the Latin American continent known: its cultures, its struggles, its peculiarities...
- To increase the visibility of little-known works.
- To share the political and artistic visions of Latin American countries.
The feature film program is divided into two categories: films in competition and those not participating in the competition. Depending on the year, the film committee reserves the right to add a category to the selection.

The Pirineos Mountain Film Festival (Mountain, Adventure and Nature Film Festival of the Pyrenees) was born in Huesca (Spain) as a film competition focused on mountain and Biosphere.
This film event held its first edition in sample format in February 2022, to give way in 2023 to an international competitive festival around mountain, adventure and nature short films.

C’est ce qu’Au fil des Arts propose, lors d’un événement festif : montrer des courts-métrages réalisés dans l’Hérault, ou par des gens de l’Hérault à un public héraultais ! La soirée comprend également un prix du public qui sera remis à la fin de l’événement.
Seule condition pour participer : avoir réalisé un film dans l’Hérault ou être résident.e de l’Hérault (la compétition est également accessible aux héraultais.es ayant réalisé des films à l’extérieur du département). Les films doivent être d’une durée maximale de 20 min. et avoir été réalisés après 2018, mais il n’y a pas d’âge pour concourir !
Tous les types de films seront acceptés pour la pré-sélection : animation, fiction, documentaire, reportage, pourvu que vous soyez motivé.e.s pour le faire découvrir au public.

Orange Shorts Festival is an international short film festival that seeks to connect filmmakers from all over the world and choose the most outstanding in each category thanks to the evaluation of specialists and the general public.
Film Making is an art and it needs more patience and determination to recreate your ideas to a motion picture. Films Festivals although are typically annual events, they acknowledge various genre of films, mostly from across the globe and encourage people engaged in cinema. They also provide an opportunity for unknown filmmakers to get their movies in front of a real live audience and to have their films reviewed by professional critics. From time immemorial, films have played a very important part in bringing people of varying backgrounds together and entertaining them. But, most of the times, the hard work behind making these fields go unnoticed and therefore film festivals started all over the world.
Venice Film Festival is the oldest one in the world, there are two other prestigious Film Festivals of Cannes and Berlin. Siliguri is situated at the base of the Himalayan Mountains in the plains of Darjeeling District beside river Mahananda. It is the 2nd largest city in West Bengal and is also known as the Gateway to the North-East. The strategic location of the place makes sure that travelers to North-East India have to pass through this city.
Siliguri is not a very old city, but it ranks in the 19th number amongst 35 places to visit in West Bengal. Being a cosmopolitan city, it shelters a wide number of people with varying cultures and languages, along with a few tribal populations. Although the common language spoken in Siliguri is Bengali; Hindi, English, Nepali, Marwari, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Assamese, Rajbangshi, Tibetian and many more varieties of linguistic people reside together.
Not only these, but the entire region of Siliguri is also famous for 3 T‘s namely: Tea, Timber, and Tourism. There are 45 tea gardens to spread over the blocks of the sub-division. Two important adjacent areas – Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary, Baikunthapur contribute a lot to the microclimate of the region. It also has the best communication network along with the nearest railway station being NJP (New Jalpaiguri). Bagdogra Airport is the only airport in the distance of 12km which caters to the needs of Sikkim.
Talking about films, the quintessential Barfi, directed by Anurag Basu, starring Priyanka Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz, Ashish Vidyarthi, Saurabh Shukla, Jishu Sengupta, Rupa Ganguly had been shot in Darjeeling, also known as The Queen of Hills which also falls under the North-East region. There are also plenty of regional films that are shot in or nearby this place, thus making it a hub for every type of genre!

PAF presents: PAFestival - Anhembi Morumbi International Animation Festival. With animations from both former and current students from Anhembi Morumbi, as well as any other sources with relation to the themes (Human Rights and The Enviroment).
The Festival will occur on december 7, on the Vila Olímpia campus auditorium. It will be open for the public free of charge. The auditorium can support 420 guests. There will be sessions in the morning, afternoon, and night.
The best animations in each category will receive awards at the end of the festival, and streamed live on the internet.
