International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlín belongs among the oldest and largest events of its kind worldwide. The VER CINE 2024 Festival is a production by Benguela Produções e Eventos Culturais, which aims to:

ONLY GALICIAN SHORT FILMS
Short films only: under 30 minutes.
Submitted films must have been completed after 2017 and 2018 and they must also be Galician. This means they must have been either produced by companies or people from Galicia, directed by a Galician director.
Music videos must be Galician too. It means they must be either related to a song from a Galician musician or directed by a Galician author.
The FICSOR main objective to contribute to the struggle for recognition of the social, cultural and linguistic rights of the Deaf community. In this connection, we believe that this artistic event is an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of the cultural, linguistic, social and anthropological perspective of Deaf people.
