All best films that were selected for the screening, will be shown on the big screen during the solemn final ceremony on September 21 - 24, 2023 in Moscow, Russia and will be able to struggle for the main prize and the title of the "Best film". As well as for the prizes in the standalone nominations.
Tomorrow Unlocked Film Festival (TUFF) is the first international film festival with an aim to tell engaging stories about how technology influences our lives now, and in the future , and engage with a broad audience of innovators, artists, technologists, thinkers, scientists, hackers and entrepreneurs.
We want you to make a short film, no longer than 15 minutes, with a strong storyline. We’re looking for quality above quantity, so keep in mind that it’s not about the length of the film. Films should be impactful and human, while keeping technology as the hero. Filmmakers will therefore need to transform complex technical information into easy to understand stories. Important topics for TUFF are the future of “Health”, “Work” and “Communities” and the role of technology within these three distinct areas.

The Tomorrow Unlocked Film Festival (TUFF) is an international event organized by online magazine Tomorrow Unlocked, providing up-and-coming filmmakers the opportunity to showcase their creativity and tell engaging stories about how technology influences our lives now, and in the future. Our association Pulp Vision, which brings together students interested in cinema, is organising the 12th edition of its short film festival "Tournez-court", which will take place on 25 September 2024. This year's theme is blue, and we'll be showing not only French but also international short films. It's a special edition because we're partnering with the Envie d'Sup association, which works to give secondary school students from priority education areas access to a variety of cultural events. So our festival is keen to contribute to this initiative and give a boost to Rouen's cultural life.

The Continental Film Festival is an annual online event that opens doors for filmmakers in all continents to have a fair chance at receiving IMDb-eligible awards.
Our judges composed of industry professionals as well as a jury made up of a non-industry audience will privately screen the films and rank them in several criteria including writing, cinematography, sound design, editing, acting and directing. Many will be chosen as Semi-Finalists, also known as Nominees, and these will be eligible to win category-specific IMDb-qualifying awards.
One of them will win the Best Film of the Festival award along with a First Runner-Up as well as a Second Runner-Up.
The Bastalavista is a Genre Film Festival established in Hannover (Germany) in 2019. The festival is founded and run only by two people: Wiebke and Johannes Thomsen, the two owners and operators of the awarded LODDERBAST movie theater in Hannover, with 28 seats on 39 squaremeters the smallest movie theater in the world and one of a kind with homemade food and more than 100 different craft beers.
The festival defines the "genre" film as science-fiction, fantasy, horror, action, thriller, mystery or dark comedy including forward-thinking, experimental and dark interpretations of the traditional film genres.

El Grito is the first and only fantasy and horror film festival in Venezuela.
We are a space that promotes reflection, meeting and training through fantasy and horror films, serving as a platform for their dissemination and promotion as genres that go beyond entertainment, highlighting its poetic value and its own tools to move from different narratives, techniques and themes. Under the initiative of the El Grito Casa Audiovisual (www.elgritoproduce.com), this meeting was born in December 2019 in the city of San Cristobal, Tachira State.
We look for works that transcend narrative, aesthetic and technical languages within the genre, using history as the main element in his audiovisual proposal, demonstrating as an author, a search for new ways of showing situations, conflicts and twists of the screw hand in hand with references from different disciplines that feed its concept.

The International Festival of University Short Films ''CINESTESIA FEST' is an international cultural space that was born in 2017 at the Los Libertadores University Foundation, located in Bogotá, Cartagena, Colombia.
The main objective is to offer spaces to new audiovisual filmmakers and students affiliated to a University from any country in the world, to be able to exhibit their projects, generate ties of recognition and reflection, the training of audiences. It stands out, among other things, having international guests of high prestige such as the nominees for the Goya awards (Mario Campoy, Nacho Rui Pérez, David Desola, Jose Luis Pechorroman, Jonas Trueba) the Colombians (Harold trumpeter, Miguel Urrutia, Aida Morales, Santiago Henao, Jaime Manrique, Jose Alejandro González, Andrés Valencia, Laura Gutiérrez and Jimena Prieto) among others

Russian Indie Film Festival (RUIFF) is the annual international film festival, which aim is to show the best indie short films from all over the World to the 5-million city of Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The Yebes City Council (Yebes, Guadalajara, Spain) and Mitad & Mitad Producciones organize 4661 FILM FEST, the IV Yebes-Valdeluz Space & Sci-Fi Short Film Contest, named in honor of the asteroid discovered by Miguel de Pascual Martínez on November 17, 1982, at Yebes Astronomical Center. The Film Festival wich will take place on the previous week of Expoastronómica 2023 fair.
FICNOVA is an initiative that is celebrated around the 2nd of October every two years, thus commemorating the International Day of Nonviolence declared by the United Nations. The competition phase has been held every two years since the second edition in 2014, following the unanimous decision of all the organizing venues taken in May 2015. It is organized by the non-profit Humanist Association FICNOVA in collaboration with other humanist organizations, associations, entities and people who share the transforming sensitivity of active nonviolence, in different cities of different countries.
After its first six editions held in October 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022 in different cities of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Guatemala, Mauritania, Mexico, Peru and Spain, again participate in the preparation of the Seventh Edition of FICNOVA 2024 activists from different cities around the world.
The final list of venues may vary, either because new incorporations take place or because in some cities the minimum conditions for their celebration were not achieved in time, taking into account the difficulties of voluntary work in each country, self-financing and compliance with the permanent independence of any type of government agreement that could condition the objectives of the festival.
Depending on the logistics achieved in each place, three months before the start of the festival, we will publish the venues that meet the minimum general conditions for its celebration.
In no case can the non celebration in an initially proposed city be detrimental to the whole, nor to the authors of the works presented, since the festival is neither commercial nor remunerated. Each place is independent, and all efforts made at a point that could not be completed can be used for future editions of the festival.
We also wish to inform authors that the submission of works to competition is not made exclusively, allowing them the free disposal of the same and simultaneous submission to anyother contest they consider.
