The International Festival of Environmental Films Chefchaouen, is a film festival dedicated to film lovers and concerned about the environment in Morocco and abroad, it is an annual meeting in the beautiful blue pearl of northern Morocco, the tourist and ecological city Chefchaouen.
The 13th Edition of the International Festival of Environmental Films of Chefchaouen, will be held from 26 to 29 June 2024 on the occasion of World Environment Day.

The Erronka Munduan (Challenge for the World) contest has a different profile than other traditional festivals. We do not have a deadline for audiovisual production, so we give entry to new productions but also others that are already outside the traditional distribution period of other festivals.
OUR OBJETIV is to put filmmakers into action with their contribution to spread messages that attract attention and try to provoke reactions in society that help change the world.
We know that among all filmmakers we have many "human rights" themed audiovisuals that have already had their distribution tour and are now sleeping openly published on YouTube and Vimeo. We want to give them a new life, recover them, to spread them as virally and massively as we can.

The May the 4th Festival is looking for submissions of any length and type to be screened at our one-day festival taking place on - you guessed right - May 4, 2022. Your film should have some connection to the ideas around "May the Fourth be with you" day. We are not associated with Lucasfilm or Disney.
Depending on the quality, length and number of selected submissions, we will screen films by taking over one auditorium at the Darkside Cinema in Corvallis, Oregon, for one, two or more blocks. Admission to the screenings will be free of charge; the festival will be funded in its entirety by submission fees. For that reason we are not going to provide waivers of any kind. Any surplus from this festival will be donated to our local food bank (the Linn Benton Food Share), along with donations given to us by the festival audience.
If selected, your film will be screened once in front of a live audience, many of them likely dressed up. No red carpet, no fancy websites, no extensive paid promotion, just word of mouth. You do get laurels for your film, you will have a receptive audience, an you will get to see any pictures we take at the event.
In addition, we also offer to host your film on our online platform for 24 hours. This will be an opting in offer, and we can geoblock your film any way you want us to. We will ask for donations on the platform, and any revenue from there will also go towards the Linn Benton Food Share.

In the year of 2022, FTN Film Festival opens its doors to every filmmaker willing to show to our community their piece of art. Starting from closed community screenings, FTNFF now expanding and opening a phisical location for audience to showcase selected films.
The mission of FTNFF is to celebrate and encourage independent filmmakers. Festival public screenings are designed in form of movie theatre to enjoy both filmmakers and audience. All exhibited films will be promoted via FTN Instagram and The Cultural and Educational Centre of RSVPU website.
The festival is open to everyone worldwide. English or Russian language films are preferred; other languages should be closed captioned to English or Russian (in case they are not spoken in it).
Entrance to the festival is free.
This event is completely independent and presented by Framing The Needle filmmaking studio.

DocuMed – Mediterranean Documentary Cinema Festival in Tunisia, organized annually by the Tunisian Documentary Cinema Association, offers screenings of creative documentaries from countries around the Mediterranean. NewFilmmakers NY is New York's longest running year round Film Festival. Throughout it's twenty-eight year run NewFilmmakers has provided a platform for first time and veteran filmmakers.
We have taken an exciting new direction with NewFilmmakers called NewFilmmakersPlus which will move our festival into the digital age and allow us to reach international audiences.
While theaters have been closed, our online audiences have greatly exceeded those in theaters. With NewFilmmakers Plus we have added the missing audience participation to our online screenings.
Now filmmakers, cast, and crew as well as audience members can create interactive video screening rooms while watching a film. Just by pushing the START A GROUPVIEW button to the right of the film they can invite up to six people to talk about the film in a video conference. It’s almost like watching side-by-side in real life — without having to share your popcorn.
In addition our films will now be available for two weeks and screenable any time of the day instead of only one night. This allows more people to see our films and makes it easier to set up a screening event with friends and colleagues. As requested we are switching to filmmaker hosted files utilizing unlisted YouTube links which will eliminate the need to transcode and to send us large files as well as giving filmmakers control over their film.
In today’s world online screenings give filmmakers worldwide audiences instead of limited local ones. With NewFilmmakers Plus filmmakers not only reach worldwide audiences but can interact with them as they would at a traditional theater.
Welcome to Paradox, Pune
Paradox is an Independent film festival with live screenings and Award Ceremony, that happens every year in Pune, India. Five Years have been passed for from 2019 this festival has been taking place even during difficult times as we promised our Filmmakers to do so. We are facilitating our fifth Annual Festival in 2023. Our mission is intended to help make a stage for the filmmakers and support their skills and talents for a long time to come. The PISFF is amazingly energized for its grandstand season and plans on getting better compared to other film festivals in Pune.
PISFF helps autonomous movie producers to make and show their skills and to find and celebrate unprecedented movies and create free filmmaking. Running over three days, Braziers International Film Festival (BIFF) features a diverse and dynamic programme of international films, screened in a unique and historical setting, The programmes include documentary, animation, fiction, expanded cinema and contemporary artists' film & video.
Selected by a team of artist-filmmakers, and run as a not-for-profit collective, the festival takes place on the Braziers Park estate, home to the annual Supernormal Festival. Films are projected to audiences in a cinema-style environment, with screenings, workshops and special events taking place inside a large, historic 17th century barn adapted for public performances, in addition to the Gothic manor house and custom-built outdoor structures. With both 16mm and digital video projections, each programme screening is followed by group discussion and Q&A with attending film-makers, who are invited to Braziers. About Braziers Park:
Braziers Park School of Integrative Social Research is a community, a residential college and an architectural treasure hidden deep in the south Oxfordshire countryside. It was founded in 1950 as a progressive, not-for-profit educational trust, and is the UK's longest-running 'intentional community'. Braziers' community members share responsibility for running the mansion house, 55 acres of land, organic kitchen garden and livestock, facilitating courses and organising events assisted by visiting volunteers from around the world.

The National Film and Television Festival, the only Kermesse in Italy to combine the two macro-themes of communication, manages to connect, in a simple and direct way, but at the same time, criticism and analytics, themes and communication structures that accompany and sometimes affect the lives of everyone. Through stories, meetings, debates, screenings, shows, exhibitions and concerts, the greatest artists of the small and big screen are told captured by the emotion generated by the "climate" of magic that only the world of cinema and TV can give to a passionate audience of spectators.
Short films, either animation or live action, in the science fiction, fantasy or horror categories are desired. Films are typically from 5 to 15 minutes (as long as 20 minutes)in length.

The International Gay, Lesbian Trans Film Festival of Lima - the OutfestPerú - opens its call for the XXI edition and films of all nationalities whose theme is LGBTIQ, and which are eligible for the various sections of the festival can participate in it: Feature films ( Official Section and International Panorama), Short Films Section either Documentary or Fiction and Video Art (Official and Panorama). The works must not have been exhibited in commercial theaters, broadcast on TV or be available to the public on the Internet or other windows in Peruvian territory prior to the celebration of the festival and must have copyright after 2023. The Visualízame festival began in 2011. Organized by Fundación Inquietarte, the main objective of Visualízame is to serve as a platform for the dissemination of cinematographic works in which women participate in the direction, script and/or production.

That is why we have two special awards for short films committed to the 2030 agenda of Sustainable Development Goals, and films whose plot addresses the topic of death and mourning.
X CortoGijón Festival
The Gijón Short Film Festival arises
in 2015 as a parallel section within the
Aula 18 National Short Film Contest
