The international and local filmmaking community arrived in 2018 to enthusiastic and packed out premieres of films and guest appearances such as OFF THE RAILS starring Otmara Maria (Startup), documentary hit LADDIE: THE MAN BEHIND THE MOVIES, about the renowned Hollywood producer and SAY MY NAME, written by Deborah Francis White.
In 2019 all will be invited once again to celebrate the official selection and indulge in world and UK premieres, after parties, filmmaker talks, and a closing awards that will reward excellence and originality by a high profile jury of film industry professionals.
With UK Distribution representation and national press attendance at a passionate festival for great lasting stories, the Liverpool Film Festival 2019 will be one to enjoy and remember.

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

Festival de “pessoas e lugares”, Imaginaria consegue criar uma atmosfera familiar entre o público e os profissionais que vêm em cinemas ao ar livre de Conversano. Imaginaria, que se caracteriza pela importância dos “números” e pela excelente qualidade de milhares de obras de destaque internacional, é um projeto de promoção, divulgação, formação cinematográfica, que visa promover os autores independentes de filmes de animação. A Imaginaria pretende desencadear, numa perspectiva de longo prazo, todas as sinergias possíveis na comunidade contribuindo para criar oportunidades socioeconómicas na área e, ao mesmo tempo, promover a cultura da animação. O Festival de Cinema Independente de Sogamoso - FECISO, celebra sua oitava versão de 1º de novembro a 7 de novembro de 2024, “CINEMA PELA PAZ E PELO TERRITÓRIO”, um espaço para as diferentes visões regionais do contexto cinematográfico nacional. O festival será realizado em várias cidades da província de Sugamuxi, como: Sogamoso, Tibasosa, Firavitoba, Iza e Nobsa, o que permitirá o desenvolvimento e a criação de novos públicos e o impacto em comunidades com difícil acesso à sétima arte. Cinema com foco ambiental e de paz é a aposta para a oitava edição do FECISO. Portanto, a linha curatorial está focada em destacar os melhores trabalhos que lidam com questões ambientais e conflitos armados nos territórios.
O Festival “Corti di Mare” concentra-se no tema “mar”: o mar como fonte de vida, nutrição, filosofia, história, povos, perigo, desafio, aventura, necessidade, mito, bem-estar, fronteira, lenda, poesia.
Noites de Direitos Humanos bem-vindos a inscrição de filmes dedicados a questões de direitos humanos.
Todos os formatos e gênero de filmes serão considerados para seleção para o programa de filmes do festival. As Noites de Direitos Humanos têm uma ampla perspectiva sobre os direitos humanos, que inclui direitos civis, políticos, econômicos, sociais e culturais.
O Prokuplje Short Film Festival, fundado em 2011, é o festival de cinema mais jovem da Sérvia. In Prokplje é um evento onde o público pode ver o melhor do campo do documentário, experimental, animação e ficção de todo o mundo. Milhares de filmes de todo o mundo chegam ao endereço do festival, e isso foi refletido pelo grande público em Prokuplje, mas também em outras cidades da Sérvia e da região, porque a equipe organiza uma turnê na qual os melhores filmes são apresentados em mais de 30 cidades. O Cryptshow Festival é uma iniciativa que promove o gênero de fantasia e terror. Todo mês de julho preenche Badalona de Zumbis, alienígenas, vampiros e assassinos em série mais infames. E muito horror... o horror!
LATERALE FILM FESTIVAL é um festival internacional não competitivo de arte cinematográfica organizado pela Associazione Culturale Laterale.
O objetivo do projeto é melhorar os aspectos mais inovadores das linguagens audiovisuais da cena contemporânea e reduzir a distância entre a pesquisa artística e o envolvimento público. Será dada especial atenção aos cineastas jovens e independentes e aos trabalhos auto-feitos sem orçamento, como resultado de uma pesquisa individual.

In this issue we celebrate 13 years, spreading the Latin American animation for the rest of the world.
During his nine versions they have made national contest, Latin American competitions, student, tributes to outstanding animation leaders, talks of national and international guests and workshops for students and animation enthusiasts. This version will have two categories in competition, competition monometrajes Latin American (animation shortfilm till 1 minute) and Latin American university competition of animated short films.

In the Official Competition Programme of The Festival the right to participate have short fiction, animated and documentary films from film schools in the countries of the Balkan Peninsula and the Black Sea region (Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia).
The films should be directed by students in a regular form of education from the first to the last semester, regardless of their degree. The participation of students in the rest of the team or the cast is not a sufficient condition for selection.

Essa reserva de cinema significa que todos os dez finalistas do MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival de 2026 serão elegíveis para participar da competição do Oscar em 2027. Muitos finalistas anteriores do MANHATTAN SHORT foram indicados e até ganharam o Oscar nos 29 anos de história do Festival.
MANHATTAN SHORT também realiza uma competição de roteiros para roteiros apenas para curtas-metragens (20 páginas ou menos)
Competição de artistas musicais em destaque:
MANHATTAN SHORT contará com um artista musical ou banda que acompanhará e durante todo o Festival a cada ano. O músico ou banda selecionado terá sua música apresentada em mais de quatrocentos locais e para mais de 100.000 pessoas em todo o mundo durante o intervalo do MANHATTAN SHORT e em todos os materiais promocionais que antecedem as datas do festival, incluindo manchetes exclusivas em nosso site. Esta é uma grande oportunidade para que talentos musicais novos ou desconhecidos tenham suas músicas transmitidas para nosso público mundial pronto para participar do festival.
