A cidade de Yakutsk sediará o 6º Festival Internacional de Cinema de Yakutsk em março de 27—31, 2019. Sobre o Festival de Curtas Metragens do Norte terá lugar de 24 a 25 de maio de 2019 em Yakutsk, República de Sakha (Yakutia). “ Metros” Festival Northern Short Film (Festival) é um concurso de revisão dos filmes selecionados pela Gestão do Festival.

O objetivo de ter “UP INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL” na Índia é dar Expressão de Liberdade aos criadores de longa-metragens e curtas-metragens que procuram exposição internacional.
A Índia é um país em rápido desenvolvimento no mundo com suas múltiplas culturas, tradições e espiritualidade. U.P. (Uttar Pradesh) é o maior estado do país da Índia. Nós, o “UP INTERNACIONAL FESTIVAL”, vamos apresentar a arte, a cultura, as tradições e os locais de interesse turístico da UP à comunidade mundial através da organização de um Festival Internacional de Cinema de 3 dias em Varanasi (Kashi).
Muitas pessoas têm dedicação e paixão para produzir longas-metragens e curtas-metragens, mas devido à escassez de fundos e recursos, não conseguem encontrar qualquer plataforma para exibir suas longas-metragens e curtas-metragens. Nós, o 'Festival Internacional de Cinema da UP ', vamos fornecer-lhes uma plataforma internacional para apresentar suas obras únicas para o público global. Each year, our festival takes place in Paris during the springtime, which is not only a beautiful season but also an exciting time of year for ÉCU, because that is when we showcase roughly around 60 of the World’s very best independent films. Although ÉCU emphasises European talent, it also recognises the genius of international filmmakers with several categories allocated to non-European films.
The next ÉCU, the 21st edition, will take place on April, 2026 in Paris, France.
ÉCU isn’t just about screening an amazing slate of films over its three-day event in Paris. There are also professional workshops led by experts in the industry, Q&A’s held with the attending filmmakers after every screening session and a chance to network with fellow filmmakers, producers, agents, industry representatives, prospective film buyers and, of course, the cinema-loving public. At ÉCU, there is a dialogue focusing on celebrating but also critiquing the world’s best indie cinema of today.
Though ÉCU’s main event IS the three-day festival in Paris each spring, there is even more! Thanks to our 50+ partner festivals, partner organisations, film centres and film commissions, ÉCU goes on an annual world tour called ÉCU-On-The-Road. This gives award-winning films (as well as many of the Official Selection films) the opportunity for their films to reach a broader, global, international audience.
ÉCU-On-The-Road showcased films in over 80 countries around the globe in 2016 to 2025 at special ÉCU mini-festivals, partner festivals, cultural institutions and film schools, including an amazing seven day special festival in São Paulo, Brazil. The event was made possible through the support of Caixa Cultural, São Paulo and was a huge success. ÉCU also held special events in Berlin (Germany), Atami (Japan) and was part of festivals in Lebanon, Italy, Russia, USA, Romania, Austria, Denmark and other countries. This gives ÉCU filmmakers great exposure to audiences that they may never have reached otherwise.
Since 2006, ÉCU has helped the careers of hundreds of independent filmmakers, actors, DPs, editors, screenwriters and we are honoured to give aspiring film directors the chance for their voices to be seen and heard.

The Mile High Horror Film Festival is now open for submissions!
The MHHFF is recognized as one of the top 5 coolest horror/sci-fi film festivals in the world by MovieMaker Magazine. It returns to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Littleton, CO May 7-10, 2020.
The MHHFF showcases the very best genre films from around the world. During our next festival, we will be celebrating our 10-year birthdate in an epic celebration of the horror genre.
We pride ourselves on giving a voice to quality, independent genre films and catering to the filmmakers who create them.
In our previous festival, we showcased over 90 films from several different countries, many of which were premiers.
We gave away thousands of dollars worth of prizes to filmmakers and screenplay writers.

O festival tem como objetivo oferecer uma vitrine para o trabalho de novos cineastas de todo o mundo e promover a diversidade e a riqueza do curta-metragem. O festival faz parte de um projeto que visa pesquisar, promover e desenvolver a arte do cinema. O programa do festival inclui exibições de curtas-metragens da Grécia e do exterior, bem como eventos audiovisuais, palestras, masterclasses, exposições e shows ao vivo. A qualidade de suas exibições, palestras e exposições conseguiu torná-lo um ponto de referência para cinéfilos, cineastas, profissionais e novos artistas. A cada ano, as atividades do festival se expandiram, recebendo mais participação de diferentes países e recebendo maior apoio de cineastas e profissionais.
