The Department of Culture of the City Council of Piélagos launches the 15th edition of the Piélagos International Short Film Festival ‘Piélagos en Corto’.
SHORT FILMS
Works of a maximum of 30 minutes and production date after 1st January 2023 will be accepted.
CATEGORIES fiction only
1- CANTABRIA short film produced by a production company based in Cantabria and/or directed by a Cantabrian director born or adopted with a minimum of 2 years of residence in Cantabria.
2- NATIONAL SPAIN (Only Spanish production)

ShorTS International Film Festival (ShorTS IFF) is organised by the Maremetraggio Association.
Since 2000, ShorTS IFF has been a landmark for short films and up and coming cinematographers at international level. In every edition, ShorTS IFF aims to make the short film genre known to a broad and heterogeneous audience, with particular attention to the young with specific sections for children and teenagers aged 6 to 15.
We are a platform for the exchange of ideas between young filmmakers and seasoned members of the film industry. A source of energy to promote the exhibition, learning and development of the film industry in the southern region of Veracruz.

The International Film and Multimedia Festival is an audiovisual Festival that aims to promote cinema within the country and abroad. The festival will take place in the month of March with competition for short films both fiction, experimental, documentary. and an International Media Art Exhibition. There will also be talks and meetings with filmmakers.
The aim of the International Film Festival “Open Place” in Rezekne (Latvia) is to promote films from all over the world made by brilliant independent filmmakers to the Baltic Sea Region countries, to encourage sharing of experience among young and talented professionals of film industry, as well as to endorse popularity of Rezekne city. This is a unique kind of film festival for independent filmmakers/content creators where there are no barriers to borders, languages, genres, etc. Based in California, USA, this festival is having an online Award Nomination Festival, live screenings, and Standalone Award Show in Los Angeles.
SFFA is consolidating filmmakers around the world for a wonderful presentation of cinematography and the unveiling of new talents. A committee comprising members from the film industry preview submitted films and select good works of motion pictures for the Award Nomination Festival.

Our festival seeks to strengthen and revitalize the native languages of Peru and Latin America through the exhibition and creation of audiovisual works in native languages.
