The phenomenon of Russian civilization, immeasurable by the "common yardstick", by the end of the first quarter of the 21st century regains its relevance - both in the world and in Russia.
The word "Russian" in the understanding of the organizers of the film festival does not define nationality, but civilizational and ideological belonging - to the multinational Russian world.
A Russian person differs from a "Western" person. A Russian person can commit acts illogical and "unprofitable" - from the point of view of representatives of Western civilization: to the detriment of himself, but in the name of justice. After all, for a Russian person - if in good conscience and fairness, then this is both logical and beneficial.
Now, when the whole world is faced with global challenges - technological, social, economic, spiritual and ideological - we are again trying to find a source of strength in those intangible values that have given and still give the Russian world an advantage over the centuries.
Experience of holding the Russian Film Festival in 2017-2020. discovered a real interest of filmmakers from the regions of Russia and from other countries in comprehending the inexhaustible theme of the "mysterious Russian soul". This is especially true for young representatives of auteur cinema in Russia, for whom the Russian Film Festival has become a meeting place both with colleagues and with grateful moviegoers.
The Russian Film Festival is becoming that public creative space where there is a lively process of forming a community of like-minded people who consciously reflect in their work the spiritual and moral values of Russian civilization.

Festival is held annually during September in the city of Kraljevo (meaning "the King's Town"), where seven Serbian kings are said to have been crowned. Because of our historical heritage, we decided to name our festival “Kraljevski filmski festival”.
KFF is offering a filmmaker-friendly environment with a casual vibe, which is the reason why during the last 6 years we have had filmmakers flying in from the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Brazil, Hong Kong, Finland, France, Switzerland, Russia, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Bulgaria…
In 2019, Kraljevski filmski festival had significant changes both on programming and management level by evolving to Post-production Film Festival. Our main goal besides showing great Short films will be to promote the art and craft of Post-production as well as the creative people from behind the camera. To achieve this, the KFF will invite postproduction artists from across the globe for masterclasses or workshops, and organize filmmakers meetings at KFF.

The Dublin Smartphone Film Festival
About-
The Dublin Smartphone Film Festival (DUBSMARTFF) is an international festival dedicated to celebrating work shot on Smartphones.
No longer is expensive technology a barrier to creativity. The mobile phone has expanded the scope and freedom for filmmakers. Now aspiring artists have the ability to write, shoot and edit, their films at the touch of a button. Smartphones are reshaping the way we approach filmmaking creating limitless possibilities in the palm of your hand.
The festival was created with the goal of encouraging these filmmakers to share the stories they have captured on mobile devices. We also aim to provide a platform to exhibit these stories to a wider audience. It is also a chance to reward storytellers, who are using these devices to push the boundaries of narrative and style.
The festival takes place in the month of January and submissions are open to anyone with a Smartphone a compelling story to tell. Throughout the year there will be events designed to challenge filmmakers and revolutionize the way we approach filmmaking.
Why Us
We are a Festival created and run by Smartphone filmmakers.
We offer the unforgettable experience of watching your film shot with a micro device on the big screen.
Not just a festival, we are expanding beyond the confines of a single event. We will be offering unique workshops, live filming exercises and panel discussions.
We believe the cinema event is still vital for maintaining the health of cinema as an art-form. That’s why we watch hundreds of films and select those we feel have achieved incredible things with minimal resources. But that’s not all. We also help more people to use the camera in their pocket to tell powerful stories.
