This festival starts with the intention of overshooting the simple exposure. Although it is important to raise public awareness on the risks connected to the exploitation and to the use of natural resource in the production of fossil fuels, still remains, the enormous and dramatic problem of the disasters caused by the lack of energy, with particular reference to the water supply, highly relevant to the world population. The main objective of the festival will be, therefore, not only emphasizing problems related to the use of fossil fuels, but especially identifying the alternatives which take into account, according to the present scientific knowledge, the several well-known methods of production.

Blackboard International Film Festival focus to celebrate Film Makers and Creators around the world, who take risk and do experiments in Film Making. We are an initiative to support and celebrate Film Makers around the world. We watch films, we write and talk about them. We will organize a physical screening in our small city Elambachi-Payyanur, located in the northern part of Kerala, India.

Best Anime Shorts - first "around the globe" Anime Film Festival.
The purposes of the festival are:
to acquaint cinema lovers around the globe with the world's best short films in "action", "adventure", "comedy", "drama", "fantasy", "magic", "supernatural", "horror", "mystery", "psychological", "romance" and "sci-fi" genre.
to discover talented anime films directors and open them to the world.
The festival is a global screening of the best anime shorts. Recently, the festival have distributor and cinema theatre partners in such countries as: UK, Poland, Spain, Mexico, Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Russia, South Africa, Canada, etc.
Firstly, the films are pre-watched by the selection committee members.
Secondly, after the best short films are selected, the right-holders of the films are proposed to take part in the World tour of the festival.
Finally, the moviegoers from different countries can vote for the best movie - Best Anime Short.
The festival requires preview screeners of films to be submitted online (with private Youtube or Vimeo links ONLY). We do not accept physical submissions, i.e. DVDs.
The Mesa Film Festival is a laid back event for filmmakers from around the globe. to showcase their films and create unique opportunities to network and have a great time.
