INTRODUCTION

The 1st edition of the Paraná Festival will take place in the city of Paraná, from December 5 to December 12, 2018.
I - Article 2
The Paraná Festival's headquarters are located at the following address: Your official Fanpage: pifffestival/(Facebook) offers detailed information and indicates how to contact the Festival and its different departments.
I - Article 3
The Sociedad Anónima INDEPENDIENTE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL PARANA S.A. It is integrated in equal parts by the Transmedia Argentina Group, and the CICVE (Experimental Film and Video Research Center). The organization of the Paraná Festival is headed by its director, Nora de Aracil.

The Paraná Festival is recognized by the "International Cinematographic Union", within the category "competitive film festivals".
I - Article 5
The Paraná Festival aims to make a positive contribution to the development of culture and the film industry.
I - Article 6
All films presented at the 1st edition of the Paraná Festival will be chosen by its selection committee, headed by the Festival management and advised by a network of international delegates, composed of a series of professionals, specialists in the world of cinema and in Film festivals. It will be called "International Film Classifier Committee"
I - Article 7
All films selected in the 1st edition will receive a certificate of participation from the direction of the Paraná Festival.
