Our first season received 187 submissions from 46 countries around the world. Among them are not only Emmy Award winners, Oscar and Bafta qualifying finalists, but also filmmakers who have been shortlisted for the top three European film festivals. It is an honor for us to be recognized in this way. Originally we only prepared a cash prize of 4,500 CNY, but we did not expect that so many outstanding filmmakers would actively participate. Now we have decided to add prizes that worth a total of 3,0000 CNY as an additional reward.

Every quarter, we award the best independent short films curated from around the world, against a high standard of merit and a very competitive acceptance rate. The award winners of 4 quarter editions qualify for the Annual Awards.
