Roberta Quiere Cacao follows the story of Roberta and Fausto, two parrots born in the same neighborhood in Cartagena. As young chicks, a violent event changes their lives forever: Roberta is stolen and taken far from home, while Fausto manages to escape but grows up struggling with a stutter that makes speaking painful and difficult.
In another country, Roberta is rescued and adopted by a loving family who encourages her passion for dance. Meanwhile, Fausto grows up facing ridicule and frustration until he discovers something unexpected: when he raps, his words flow freely. Music becomes both his refuge and his dream.
Years later, destiny brings them together on a television show in Colombia. Without knowing their stories began in the same place, Roberta and Fausto feel an immediate connection. Through music, truth, and love, they discover that the wounds of the past can become a source of strength—and that finding your voice can change everything.
