What is Montañas de Vida? What does it mean to be part of this community?
The Sierra de Gredos is the perfect stage where magic unfolds, where together we can express, as a family, the very essence of this project.

Cancer was the thread that brought us together, and the mountains became our source of strength and inspiration.

We believe in the healing power of the mountains — and with every passing day, we grow more aware of it.

In January 2024, five women — four of them cancer survivors — created Montañas de Vida with one heartfelt purpose: to give back a little of what the mountains had given us, to other women undergoing cancer treatment or navigating recovery.

Through shared mountain journeys — with patients, relatives, and friends — we seek to nurture both the physical and emotional well-being of every participant.

The mountains gifted us life, and now, with open hearts, we wish to give back as much life as we can.
