Moonlighting is an intimate documentary that follows four women whose lives defy conventional ideas of womanhood. Balancing responsibility with creativity, ambition, spirituality, sensuality, and cultural expectation, each woman navigates the tension between the roles society assigns and the person she chooses to become. Rather than portraying these parallel lives as contradictions, the film celebrates the courage to live authentically and expansively. Through deeply personal stories, Moonlighting explores identity as an evolving act of self-authorship, offering a nuanced portrait of modern womanhood rooted in resilience, healing, and transformation. The film ultimately affirms that embracing one's full self is a powerful act of freedom.
