Screen Share brings together filmmakers from across the Caribbean and its diaspora whose stories illuminate the ways individuals, families, and communities navigate history, identity and transformation.
This year’s programme reveals a region in conversation with itself—through memory and myth, resistance and resilience, grief and joy. Across documentaries, narrative films, experimental works and animated stories, we encounter artists, activists, elders, dreamers and ordinary people confronting inherited wounds and tapping into inherited wisdom.
These films explore the enduring legacies of colonialism, migration, environmental injustice and displacement, while celebrating the cultural traditions, creative practices and collective struggles that continue to sustain Caribbean life.
