In "Vamos a Buscarlos," a film written by Romel Vargas, the lives of a family are dramatically transformed one morning. The story begins with Nicolás, a 12-year-old boy, coming down the stairs and heading to the kitchen for breakfast. As he searches for milk in the refrigerator, he gets involved in a series of typical and playful interactions with his younger sisters: Ariane, Constanza, Abril, Daniela, Lucia, and Samantha.

The atmosphere is initially light and filled with the usual sibling rivalry and jokes. However, the mood changes abruptly when the children realize that their parents are not at home. Constanza is the first to notice their absence, leading to a conversation among the siblings about the strange situation. Normally, the parents wake up the children and prepare breakfast for them, so their absence is alarming.

The concern grows when the children remember that their parents said goodnight as usual the night before and did not mention any unusual plans. Despite various theories ranging from abandonment à la "Home Alone" to the possibility of kidnapping, the children decide to take action instead of waiting passively.

Led by Lucia, the eldest at 11 years old, the children organize themselves to search for their parents. They split into groups and assign specific tasks: Ariane, Abril, and Constanza prepare a "survival kit" with canned food and other supplies. Daniela suggests calling the police, but urgency and the instinct to solve the problem themselves prevail.

The children's mission becomes a blend of adventure and desperation as they venture into the unknown world outside the safety of their home. Armed with bravery and sibling solidarity, they face challenges and dangers in their quest to find their parents and unravel the mystery of their disappearance. Throughout their journey, each child brings their unique qualities to the group, demonstrating that even in the darkest situations, unity and family love can be the most powerful weapons.

"Vamos a Buscarlos" is a touching and exciting story that highlights the courage and resilience of children when faced with the unexpected and underscores the importance of family and collaboration in times of crisis.
