It will take place from April 27 to 30, 2025, in Concepción, with the support of the Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Heritage.

The LAB CINELEBU program has been created for those who have an audiovisual project and wish to refine it and transform it into a viable proposal with national and international projection, enhancing the creative industries of the Bío Bío Region and Chile. Participants will have the opportunity to receive private consultations with important professionals from the audiovisual industry. The consultations will cover areas such as direction, executive production, distribution and commercialization, and scriptwriting.

Participants of LAB CINELEBU will be selected based on the submission they send, considering the coherence of the proposal and the presentation of all the required materials. The sessions are private, in-person, and will last a maximum of 30 minutes.

On this occasion, BIOBIO CONECTA will not cover accommodation or transportation costs for the selected groups. It will only provide accreditation for access to all activities and two lunches per selected group.

It is an international call for docudrama series projects, meaning documentary series that explore any type of subject matter but incorporate dramatized reenactments into their narrative. These reenactments can be in live-action or animation, whether as long, dialogue-driven sequences or as purely visual scenes with limited or no dialogue, illustrating the narrated events or the experiences of witnesses and experts.
