La Meseta Distribution 2026 is an industry laboratory organized by SEMINCI in Spain to strengthen the distribution and communication strategies of independent feature films before their commercial release. La Meseta - Seminci
The 2026 Ibero-American Screenwriting Residency, organized by Fundación Algo en Común in Colombia, is a creative development program aimed at Ibero-American screenwriters with fiction feature film projects in development. The call is open to participants from Ibero-American countries, including Latin America, Spain, Portugal, and Puerto Rico.
Applications will be open until July 12, 2026. The in-person residency will take place from September 28 to October 23, 2026, in Cali, Colombia, followed by a virtual project acceleration program from October 19 to November 6, 2026, and a Production Meeting during November 2026.
The program is a screenwriting residency and film development laboratory that provides script mentoring, creative support, and industry networking opportunities. It accepts fiction feature film projects with at least a first written draft of the screenplay.

Ibero-American Script Residency - Something in Common
NaNo Film Market 2026, área de industria del NaNo Film Festival, se realizará en Nápoles, Italia, del 29 de septiembre al 3 de octubre de 2026. La convocatoria está dirigida a autores y productores de cortometrajes y contempla dos líneas: NaNo Development Lab e Industry Showcase.
El Development Lab seleccionará seis cortometrajes inéditos en desarrollo, tres de ficción y tres documentales, con una duración prevista máxima de 20 minutos. Incluye formación intensiva, desarrollo de proyectos y un Pitching Day ante productores, agentes de ventas y distribuidores. El Industry Showcase seleccionará cinco cortometrajes de hasta 30 minutos, tanto en postproducción avanzada como finalizados, que busquen distribución, venta o adquisición de derechos.
La inscripción es gratuita y la convocatoria no establece una restricción exclusiva por nacionalidad. Los proyectos seleccionados deberán participar en las actividades previstas, incluyendo una sesión online previa y las instancias presenciales en Nápoles.
La fecha límite de postulación es el 10 de septiembre de 2026 y la notificación de seleccionados será el 21 de septiembre de 2026.

NaNo Film Market
The 13th Huánuco Film Festival (FENACI 2026) will take place from November 2–6, 2026, in Huánuco, Peru. The festival aims to strengthen Peruvian cinema and the audiovisual industry by fostering exchange among filmmakers, producers, distributors, students, institutions, and industry professionals from Peru and abroad. Its program will include official competitions, training activities, professional meetings, the first Huánuco Audiovisual Market, and Work in Progress Huánuco 2026.
The call is open to national and international participants, depending on the specific section. Eligible formats include feature films and short films in fiction, documentary, and animation, as well as music videos and educational audiovisual works. Specific categories are available for Peruvian productions, filmmakers from Huánuco, women filmmakers, university students, and international productions.
