Ibero-American Audiovisual Project Development Course
The Script Review Workshop offers independent filmmakers from around the world the opportunity to work intensively on their feature-length fiction screenplays in an environment designed to foster professional collaboration and the development of high-quality scripts. The Script Review Workshop consists of a two-week workshop-residency and a two-day online follow-up module.
The workshop facilitators are professionals with extensive experience. In addition to guidance for script development provided in both group and individual working sessions, participants have dedicated time for writing. The workshop gives each participant the opportunity to discuss their project with a group of international filmmakers, be part of a community of artists with similar sensibilities, and gain access to Cine Qua Non Lab’s network of filmmakers.

The program called “IsLABentura Canarias, Script Laboratory” is an initiative of the Department of Universities, Science and Innovation and Culture of the Government of the Canary Islands, which is managed through the Canary Islands Film unit of the public entity Canarian Institute of Cultural Development , S.A., which will act as the competent body in the processing of this call and the Executive CEO of the Instituto Canario de Desarrollo Cultural, S.A. as the head of the competent body.
The objective of the Laboratory is the tutoring of selected participants in the creation of feature film scripts and television series based on stories and/or locations in the Canary Islands over six months by professionals of recognized prestige and extensive experience in training, consulting and script writing.
